My answer is: There is no point in promoting the ECA Program to business that are not online and/or do not currently use the Internet.
The Reasons are:
1. In terms of customer " Likes " and " Preference " people love to order things from
the comfort of their homes;
2. People like to have things discussed/clarified with regards to their products,
quickly, then and there;
3. This will help them to take a decision on purchase of products on the sport;
4. They do not like to spend or waste their time by visiting Stores personally;
5. They are forced to do this due to paucity of time/work culture vis a vis their
passion to spend more time with their loved ones;
6. On line transactions are very handy for today's younger generation who are internet
savvy and time conscious;
7. The enjoy very many payment options & no need to pay by Cash;
Further, it is observed that traditional business houses are resorting to E-Commerce
business on a massive scale today.
Any businesses that are NOT online and /or do not currently use the internet will fall by the wayside very soon!! They will not be able to match the competition in Terms of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction!!!
