It is make it inclination to verify your Mover daily basis and try to prepare chart day wise monitor how many points i.e Versapoint and Action Versapoint you are earning
Monitor All PSA and CSA maintained Standing Order of 125 TCredit.
Are they logged in every day or not.
Are they above green line and Fast Tract badge they received or not.
Encourage those are really working giving 10 TCredit as gift.

I use my movers tab to see who has a SO,who is forgetting to do their daily 20 question survey and to do reassignments.I make a list of points they need to complete from their v.p. Ledger.

I also open the geographic tab so I can place referrals with someone who speaks the same language.

If I notice I have 5 people from the same country and one has 600 v.p.,I put all the others under them.

Next I send an e-card mentioning I will be sending out helpful posts to

I use the Movers tab to get to know my Team better on an individual basis. I review their activities and see what they are currently doing and if there is a suggestion or two that I can make to improve their SFI experience! I take the time to reach out individually to my Movers and those that have tended to slide away so that I can best perform my role as a Sponsor or Co-sponsor based on what I have learned and experienced.

SFI is a wonderful and best business of its kind in the whole world. It is tailor made in such a way that all aspects to improve business is looked upon. One of the feature is the MOVERS TAB. By clicking it you come to know who actually are active in your team. You come to know who actually needs your support. Hallo! I would love also to know how this works out but, I look every day my Movers Tab and see who is improving. Then, I send these ones a congratulations Card, motivate them to continue good work by telling them it will bring them more benefits if they do that.

Second, I reasign a PSA under them and tell them to motivate others by doing a good daily Tasks to improve thier business. I also send them some TC if I have to put a smile on their face!

Hello Erica

I like the question and My Movers is my favorite section in the To Do List.

The minute I click there I know for sure which of my Downline is serious about this business.

I monitor them, send them E Cards and emails from time to time. I check their VP Ledger and give them hints too.

To motivate them further I also reassign affiliates to them. The people on the My Movers list are my assets and I pay extra attention to them.

I find that the "My Movers" tab is of value from an informational standpoint, although if you see one that is approaching the threshold of a goal (like approaching the 1500VP necessary to become an Executive Associate), you can send an immediate e-mail to that affiliate with encouragement and even incentives. Similarly, you can ask a "Mover" with an excessively low VP count (I do see the occasional PSA or CSA with less than 10 VP) about his or her experiences and help them move

The MOVERS TAB is essentially a ready reckoner on the progress shown by PSAs and CSAs in my TEAM, which is viewed daily by me. It gives an indication on how the affiliates are performing daily. With a view of their Home Page the sponsor is able to see the Ledger and witness the performance of the Team members.

With this information received the sponsor is in a position to advice the affiliates in the areas that they lack so that the SFI business could be maximized. However one has to

By checking out the movers tab, we get to know about which of our team mates are active, both PSA &CSA.
Here we get an idea on how our team is. Some may be too good who meet the daily requirement , so for these ones, the best you can do is keep encouraging, be regular and topmost encourage to read more and duplication.

Keep in touch always with your movers, and always ensure you are with them and can help when they need you.
