In SFI business, everyone is in someone else’s Movers list. That is shat the Movers Tab shows to your sponsor constantly. Any member of the downline who has not earned a single VP for about 7 days automatically drops off the Movers list. In a nutshell therefore, the Movers list tells every sponsor at a glance which members of her downline, (both PSAs and CSAs) are active in the business at any point in time.

Having noted the above, it is easy to deduce that you can maximize your SFI business using MY MOVERS Tab in the following ways:

1. The tab at a glance excludes inactive affiliates which you need to work more on to get them active.

2. It lets you know the pace of progress from even the active affiliates listed and you can device ways to help them move better.

3. It reveals the Team Mail, Email and Chat buttons which you can use to communicate directly with any affiliate you decide on as listed in the tab.

4. In some cases, even the telephone numbers are on display for you to use in communicating with the affiliates.

5. It shows the progress on VP earned daily from each affiliate and how many more VP they need to advance to the next rank. That enables you to know how and when to cheer them on with some vital tips.

6. It shows the ranking of each active affiliate and how much daily progress they are making towards advancing. That tells you how and when to help them.

7. It shows the last time every affiliate listed logged in and if the log-ins are not regular, you can then take steps to advise the affiliate on what to do.

8. At a glance, the tab ranks the affiliates based on the number of VP they earned up to date. The higher an affiliate is ranked on the list, the more it contributes to the VP available to you for matching.

9. The Movers Tab also shows the Class Rank, Country rank and Global rank of each of the listed affiliates in the tab. You can then use the information to help each of the affiliates make a goal of advancing in rank.

10. Being on the Movers list at all is proof positive to tell your sponsor that you are serious in the business. That way, you tend to get more help and assistance from your sponsor.

The My Movers tab is designed to show you the affiliates in your downline that are consistently logging in and earning the most VP.

Knowing who those workers are makes it easier to communicate with them on a regular basis to keep informed and engaged with the SFI program.

An engaged and informed downline will help increase your SFI business, because that is the basis of network marketing....having an active downline.

With each worker, you can reward those with whatever types of incentives you want, like participation in your co-op, gift certificates, or even TCredits.

Plus you can send them tips and advice easily by using the ECards directly from their affiliate profile page.

Also, you can have a look at the individual VP ledgers to see if they have missed any steps in their actions that maybe they can use to earn more VP.

In this way, you are working with workers to improve their SFI business, which in the end, will maximize your business.

Your Movers are the most active members of your team, at least those that login regularly, so it is only stating the obvious to say there is need to take them very seriously by regular communication, recognition when due and encourage them to duplicate your efforts, assuming your efforts are paying off, then if they do you have a chance to maximize your SFI business.

There may certainly be some in your movers that login on a regular basis but do not have the wherewithal to consolidate their businesses. They have interest in the business and may just be hanging on till when they have gained enough confidence, knowledge or capital to advance. You must appropriately and continuously encourage and assist them where possible. You can reassign some of your PSAs to them and may even include them in you co-op. The responsibility of having to lead their own team is a morale booster that will in turn promote your SFI business.

Yet the are others in your Movers that are doing very well who may need little or no assistance but yet they need to be praised and recognised whenever they achieve a mile stone. These category of your Movers grows your business the most, so there is nothing wrong to occasionally send them gifts and e-card to appreciate their hard work. You may also use the Recognition section at the forum to celebrate their successes and achievements. The main purpose of these is to let them know you are closely following their success and you appreciate and recognise their hard work, which will in turn encourage them to even work harder knowing fully well that their sponsor deserves part of the fruit of their labour.

However, it is important to note that your Movers are at the least regular loggers at the SFI centre, but may not necessarily be those that are currently making your business successful because there are several team members who may not have time to login regularly but are making huge impact in a different way from which you benefit immensely, so it is also important not to loose track of them.

How do you apply best your Movers tab in maximizing your SFI business?

- Send message to your Movers through Team Mail (blue) and email (green) to encourage them to remain committed in growing their SFI business.

- The SFIM feature allows you to instantly communicate with your Movers. An instant online chat can bring you closer to your Movers. Building close relationship with your Movers is an important key in implementing the Duplication process.

- Write notes on each one of your Movers for quick access in refreshing your knowledge about your relationship with them. You can plan accordingly with this feature in building up each of your Movers.

- With the information details about your Movers’ E365 status, current month VP, points needed to advance to the next level, jet (green, red, silver and gold), current status of their SFI position, etc you can customize your message on each one of them accordingly in supporting them to advance their SFI business. If your'e not Moving your'e Dying. To all SFI affiliates out there, the only place you want to be is on someone's Movers list. Being a Mover tells your Team Leader that you are serious about what you are doing and staying there tells him that you are a 'Shaker' and a 'Rocker'.

On a more serious note the Movers Tab should be the Most Important Tab for all Team Leaders.

The Movers Tab tells you at a glance who on your team are logging in daily and doing their daily and weekly tasks.
It also helps you to identify, assist, encourage or advise team members.
Use E-cards to encourage people who suddenly show up on your mover's tab.
Remind those that have not logged in daily on the importance of Daily Tasks.
Assist members who you think might need help and last start a Co Op with all the most serious members on your team.

Check your My Movers every day and note what VP they have earned, where they are in relation to the 'green' line, if they have Fast Track, if they have Standing Orders, how long ago they logged in.

Ignore whether they are PSAs or CSAs - they all contribute to your business.

I would encourage those who are right up to date and really working hard.

If they are not on Fast Track, no Standing Order or below the 'green' line, again, I would urge them on to go for these explaining how they will benefit. Whats in it for them.

Have a look at their VP Ledger and give them pointers and tips to maximize their businesses.

If a mover had not logged in for a day or two, I would just send them a contact note encouraging them along. Do not let these slip by. You do not want them to start slipping and not logging in regularly.

These are your workers and you want them to continue working. You want them to be successful and start duplicating your efforts. If they are successful, you will have a successful business.

I love the Movers Tab. It is a powerful tool that reveals who are your go-getters/workers. At a glance you can see your top ten movers both PSAs and CSAs or you can sort them to view as PSAs or CSAs and expand to 50 in each category.

From your Movers Page you can see who is logged in. You have the option to chat, access to other contact information, E-Cards and their VP Ledger and much more.

The Movers Page is a key tool for working with the workers and giving guidance to those who may have overlooked somethings on their To-Do List. You can use the information you find there and apply it for recognition of your top ten Movers every ten days. On the 10th, 20th and 30th or 31st of the month and inform your team in the stream each time you do an update on your Recognition Tab. I just copy, paste and delete the information until I have what I want my team to view there. It does not take much time to do this.

Staying active yourself and leading by example will go a long way in keeping your team motivated.

The MY MOVERS tab shows you a condensed version of your genealogy. It gives you a day to day showing of how active your CSA's and PSA's are. The best way to look at the MY MOVERS tab is to think of it as an appraisal centre.
- some employees are outperforming others
- some are lagging behind because of lack of training, information or motivation
- some just don't want to be there

You have to prepare for possible disappointment of such a nature.
THEREFORE treat the MOVERS tab as you would treat a team.
You are the coach.
- send messages to your affiliates congratulating and encouraging affiliates, and offering help and advice. Coach the weaker ones on your team and at the end of the day, you ALL will benefit once the effort has been made.

Don't forget, whatever the result you tried your best!

My Movers Tab is one of the easiest ways to track the power of your Duplication and how a good leader you are for it shows who and how many are active affiliates you have in the team.

This tab is very useful in tracking who are not as active anymore and with you missing the affiliates in the My Movers Tab means that it is time to do some follow up on them on how they are doing. Encouraging them to be active again is one of the things that we have to do if we are missing them in the tab. Making them active again will mean the power of DUPLICATION working again. Team Work and extra income through their matching VPs and commissions will be the result of this encouragement.

For the active affiliates, words of appreciation and congratulations for achievements earned will make these affiliates more inspired with support that we can give to them. This will also provide us the benefit of matching VPs and commissions from their own achievements and their own downlines as well.
