This is what i do to support my team members without demanding too much or turning them off:
1. i try as much as possible to answer their pressing questions.
2. i encourage them to start building their team teaching them the importance of receiving residual and leverage income from the same
3. I teach them the ways of earning in SFI, so that they can be motivated without me needing to push them and i have been receiving results
4. I try to encourage them by showing them ways of maintaining their EA status without them spending much even though some of them want to spend more. I realized that when i do this they are more relieved of financial stress as i showed them how to go about it. i tried as much as possible to reduce cost for them. for example, one of my PSAs is about to qualify as an EA2 and he is very active. out of excitement he wanted to qualify immediately. from my genealogy, i realized that his PSAs had not been that active like him. so i saw it as a waste of money and i told him as such. i told him the number of TC required for him to qualify which was less than $10, teaching him the importance of waiting for the right time to buy the 125TC and that is when he becomes a Team Leader. i shared with him what he could do with that 125TC and what it could bring for him and that is through bidding. he was elated and i was glad that i could support my team without demanding from them.
Most of them are so eager to start buying,i always try to slow them down, most especially, if it could turn them off in the end and get them frustrated. i noticed that if an affiliate invests so much without much results for the money spent, it can push them or turn them off in the process
5. I try to help them to know the benefits of patronizing their store and the benefits therein including inviting others to patronize them
6. for as many as i see that spends so much on the internet and they are getting weary, i give them an incentive that pushes them forward, telling them the importance of investment in business
With all the above listed i have been able to support my team without demanding too much from them or turning them away, even though their decisions could have profit me and i teach my team to do the same letting them know the importance of making it easier for their team to succeed in SFI and they are duplicating it.
Lastly, i always instruct my team to ALWAYS go through the easiest way to help their affiliates as much as possible and that is, achieving success without investment or with less cost, that when it is inevitable should they encourage their team members to buy a product or a standing order
