Well,..

You can't..

There is NO WAY to make sure your team members receive your EMAILS..
The messages in SFI will be delivered but if your PSA doesn't log in or doesn't read the messages then there is little you can do..

The only way to make SURE your PSA's get your messages is if they reply..

My way of making sure is that I contact them on my own way's..
If I send messages trough WhatsApp or Social Media I can SEE when messages are delivered

Thanks for asking the question: "How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?"

Interesting but simple questions.

There are many ways you can confirm that your team members are receiving emails and other messages from you:
1. If they respond to you.
2. If they do not respond but take action as you directed them to do do.
3. If they get connected to you on A2A platform.
4. If they get connected to you on

How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your.........

Have you noticed that we all have our SFI mail box and we all have our personal boxes?
What I normally do is

type a letter/ communication or what it is want to bring across to the other person, then I copy the same message to my gmail or yahoo account and send it there as well.
That way I have confirmation that that the affiliate has received the mail.
I do this because no matter how much I

Thanks for the question. The basic important tool that SFI provide is "whitelisting" mail. It is your duty as sponsor or co-sponsor to make the affiliate aware of this by encouraging him or her to do so as part of the Getting Started Actions. This will ensure that all email messages you send to your team members go directly to their inbox and not to spam, etc.

Another problem is members who register false mail addresses. When you visit the Genealogy page and access your members,

Best way to confirm your emails are been received is to send it directly from your email with receipt confirmation, but don’t believe this is the best option.

You can ask your team to confirm they have received your emails and messages, but this will only show who is actually reading and understanding that you would like confirmation and are not too lazy to reply.

Or if you actually know someone personally in your Team or have built up a good relationship with someone, you

If you are becoming a team leader, this is the things that you have to make sure that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages. Your question is all about duplication. To notify your team member whether they received your email or message, you can confirm that your team members by every single tips and idea that you have sent to them throughout your email such as PSA Team Mail, CSA Team Mail at genealogy, SFIIM or from any other media such as facebook message inbox and etc.

Confirming that team members are listening is difficult at best. With team-mail, you mostly have a record that a message was sent, nothing to tell you if it was read at all. With a good e-mail client, you can arrange a delivery status notification to be sent to you, and you can *request* a return receipt, but some systems don't give you full status notifications back, and nothing forces the recipient to actually *send* a return receipt.

Do what you can to elicit a response, but don't

That is little bit hard to know. If your team members are confirmed their email's in your genealogy you will see a green envelope, but that doesn't mean they will see your future e-mail's if they don't check it regularly.

If your team member log in SFI account on daily basis it is more possible that they will see your messages sent thru Genealogy Mailer. But again if they don't logically they won't see them.

Basically only thing you can do is to ask your members that you can

I know why you ask this question because you have no feedback from your team members. It's happen to all of us. Don't worry about that, the problem is not if your team members receive your email or not but how can make your team members answer your message. And to make you feel better, before you send your email, you should click Send preview message to your own email, right? So if you receive your own email it means their's too. You can even see from SFI HomePage my acct. If there is an affiliate
