The level of responses you get from your downline is an indication that your mails are reaching them. You may be aware that the most reliable message source in SFI is Team Mail. If you use that source more than any other, it is fairly certain that your mails are reaching your affiliates.

For more confirmation, you can send mails which request specific information from your affiliates. If you receive no responses at all, it is a confirmation that your mails are not reaching them. To ascertain

This is a great question.

I had been sending out emails until one day I found out there were over a 100 mails that failed and did not go to my downline.

Now I try get my downline as Facebook or Skype friends and we have group discussions.

From then on I send out ECards and reward my down line with TCredits. I can go to the member center of my downline and check if the TCredits have been received.

I can also reassign and know for sure the message gets

The best way to confirm that they receive your mails include:
1) When the reply your mails, ask you questions
2) When they follow the instructions you gave them, evident in their growth
3) When you PSAs and CSAs give you an Awesome sponsor rating every month
4) Engage them in live chat when you meet them online
5) When they become leaders, then you know they have learnt something frow you that is now been passed on to others

When you create a message using Genealogy a copy is sent to you before sending it out to you Team. So if you are receiving this so is your team when you send it – we all have to log in and where required to confirm our email addresses (this message show in both your email and online SFI messages)

I think the real question is how do you know if you Team is reading their messages and emails, maybe ask them to confirm they have received it or prompt a response. Examples the first 20 to

If you send them Team Mail through SFI's system, and they're not logging in to their Affiliate Center regularly, then they may not be getting your messages until they log in.

If you send them a regular email to their private email address that they used to sign up with SFI and it bounces back, it's a pretty good sign that they're not getting their messages unless they're logging in.

If they are logging in regularly, they'll get a notification of the Team Mail. They'll definitely

First of all let's see what options we have to connect with them:

Options are as follows:

1. Through e-cards.

2. Through e-mails

3. Through PMs (Personal Messages)

4. Through PSA/CSA member weekly messages.

5. Contacting them on social media networks like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn.

6. Even if they do not reply to your messages but start scoring VPs (even 1 Versa Point) that indicates they are receiving your messages.

7.

This is a great question. I can tell you that your team members will always get your emails if they are within guidelines and they white list [email protected] and your email. Many members feel that team messages are only received by the affiliates are logged into the SFI affiliate center and this is not so. Mail is sent to the personal email address provided by the affiliate. So if they provide a valid email they will be getting messages. Without white listing, the messages will be sent to the

A Google search will reveal there are apps that enable you to track your emails, like bananatag, streak, and spypig.

However, I think the best way to find out if your messages have been received is to ask the intended recipients. Send your messages, and wait for a response. If none is forthcoming, send another short message saying you are just checking if the system is working properly and ask if they got your last message, quoting the subject line and the date you sent it.
