One major way is to visit your sent messages if you are using the SFI message service and any message that you sent which subject is still in bold means it has not be read by the recipient.

Another way to ascertain if messages are being read or not is if your guidance and assistance are ignored. For example, if you go through a VP Ledger and discovers that your PSA has not completed an action for quite a while and you give him very simple and specific instructions on how to go about it,

Dear Friend!

These were the methods through which you can confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages.

1. While signing up in SFI, if they would have given the correct email id, then surely and promptly they will receive your emails then there is no doubt in that.
2. You can add a line at the end of your messages, "Please acknowledge my mail with a simple reply" and if they reply then there is no doubt in theat.
3. Some, may

Frankly I never dwell on it.I just send out my letters, notes, and E-Cards.

This is my very favorite way to see who is reading my notes.Buy a $100 Gift Certificate.
Send each one $2 with a expiration of 10 days.

They must log in to use it.If they do not,you get your money back! Not so with T credits.

We must always send special group messages.I use the Movers most of the time.

Making use of the ones that have 90 days till their year

Hi Jan,

That is a great question and one I had thought about also. However, I believe that just maybe the new enrollees do not know they have a message center to go to. I am sure that when they joined the information given to them most likely does not share to check your email. It makes sense since there are so many that join but, after the first day they do not come back.

I have put in a suggestion to ask if there could be some wording during the time of joining to share for

Confirmation comes on two levels: reciept and reply.

Using the the SFI mails always sends a copy to you, so if you get it and they have a valid email address, they are getting it too. If they respond to your message then you have a confirmation that is better than any other using SFI mail.

Using your personal email account, you can use features that send you a return email when the email is opened. Usually their email client will ask them if they want to send the return receipt,

The only way you can confirm this is to note the responses.

To encourage responses, try the following:

1. Ask a question and see how many people get back to you.

2. Create a poll, and share it with your team. See how many people vote.

3. Include a link to your (SFI only) blog or website, and use your tracking software to see how many people click the link.

Don't expect everyone to open, read or act on your emails. In fact, chances are, only

When SFI affiliates are newly registered, the first action expected of them to be performed in the Getting- Started action session is
1.” Confirm your registration”
2. “Whitelisting mail@sfimg”
The essence is to make sure that mails and other messages are delivered to them and are not classified as SPAM by the email service providers.

To confirm that your team members are receiving your email and other messages, SFI therefore, sends a copy of the

If you using team mail then you just have to wait for their response as there is no way we can know if the received your message. If got no reply, just sent them another mail using other methods.

Usually I will just sent message to ALL my affiliates in my Genealogy. I will know if the message safely delivered if the preview and confirmation sent to my email. Then I will get a copy of the message too. In ALL of the affiliates you have in Genealogy, some might reply and you know that the

Hi Jan!
1. As far as I know. The confirmation that you get after sending a message that says your message has been sent, confirms that it is sent. If it is not sent, it says your message could not be sent.
2. If you send a message to your team, you also get it. That is also a confirmation.
3. Even if there is a problem with their email box, it also sends them in their SFI mail box which doesn't fail.

Note Well. If your PSA/CSA doesn't respond, it doesn't mean they did not

In Mozilla Thunderbird, you could always set the option to request a "Return Receipt" whenever the party you are sending an email to is opened by them. Once that happens you're immediately emailed back that the party has received your email and has opened it up to read it.

The online email portals, e.g. yahoo.com and gmail.com, do not provide that option to you from what I have seen but you can set them up as a POP/IMAP email account so that you can download your email messages
