Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

My dear Mary , we know both each to join the program so it is freely that everyone can do what he feels best for his business .

The obligation of the Sponsor to explain his article,

how to become a team leader.

Encouragement in every job means a lot.

If there are reasonable conditions to become a team leader,

If there are 5 member who win the 1500 VP a month,

give him a huge support to become team leader

Sponsor should support him and help him get to the finish line

First, new members should explain what their job is, in my opinion, then explain to them how to perform and instruct him to practice lessons and only when realized some results suggest him to try to achieve the status of these leaders. The goal is not to in the first month of becoming a team leader but to learn everything I need to be able to perform this job. If you could instantly become the team leader will soon be revealed to him that means nothing if it does not work.

Do not discourage them

With SFI the sky is the limit so it depends on an individual how fast he wants to run in order to reach his goals quicker.climbing the ladder comes with more benefits remember.

One of the reasons we joined SFI is to improve the way we live so if somebody wants to be at the top instantly so be it.

If your PSA's want to be a team leader right away, encourage them and tell them to learn "How to be an Awesome team leader" and the art of duplication. They should be ready to answer questions from their down line PSA's. Beside with a team leader in your team, so much the better. Hope this will help.

Please do encourage your PSAs to become team leaders as soon as possible. The reason being that not only will they enjoy the benefits of being team leaders, you will also benefit from it. You will get unlimited points depending on the rank of your PSA. And points are also a factor in determining your income for the month. So please Mary,give them all the support you can, bearing in mind that you also will enjoy the benefits. Best of luck.

In answering this question, I'll first ask questions. Who is a leader? Who is a team leader? Can there be leaders without followers? Can a team leader lead without a team? Who does a team leader lead when they have no team? Is experience needed to beeds leader in a particular field?

I'm sure if you answer the above questions rightly, you'll know that your best bet might be to discourage them until they understand the SFI system enough and also have an active team to lead. Remember, you

Hi,

I don't think you should necessarily discourage them but rather encourage them to saturate themselves in the system first. Let them get familiar with the system and understand its many aspects then venture upwards when they feel they have a thorough appreciation. Their knowledge base will work as the foundation for the team they want to build.

A nice question but why would you ever want to pull someone back. In my opinion just let them perform to the maximum. You too will benefit from their earnings in the long run.
This is a business and there should be no restriction or boundaries just motivate them and you too will enjoy the fruits of their labor. You should be gifted when you get such PSA's. Wish you all the best and go go go the sky is the limit !

Well permit me to answer the question in two ways:
1.If the affiliate is the type that understand the rule of the game which is duplication.In any MLM i have researched into i find out that the only key to make it there is to explore the power of.duplication failure to do that and pass it to your downlines means complete failure and on your parts and that of your downlines.
So,please tell him or her the power house /major means of breaking through in mlm.
