Hello P Sheela Pauline Susi,

When i answer ASK SC questions just like most of us do in the forum, it is from the desire to want to assist or help a fellow affiliate rather than the maximum points i wish to have from the effort. Of course, the points attached is an added motivation anyway and a bragging right to your overall success here.

These are some of the tips i personally use when answering ASK SC questions which has helped me to become top ten best in the past. Most of the tips you need to answer any ASK SC questions are already provided to you on the ASK SC tab. Some are just a rephrase of what you get from the ASK SC tips section.

1. I normally type my answers in English

2. I try as much as possible to be original. I never copy answers given by other persons

3. I go back to check at SFI database especially when i am not too sure of a particular
information

4. I make sure not to answer in Capital letters except when i want to use a word for emphasis

5. I make my answers short and to the point in other not to bore readers

6. I make use of paragraphs a lot as you can see from this answer

7. I try to avoid clogged answers by the use of spacing and good formatting

8. I never divulge my identity which is against the rules of ASK SC question answering

9. I sometimes personalize my answers by using personal examples and experiences so as to make
my answers interesting to read

10. I try as much as possible to make my answers simple to understand

11. I never cross-solicit as it is against the rules

12. I first compose my answers on a notepad before transferring them to the answer box.

13. Last but not the least, i go through my answers two or three times before clicking the
submit button.

Firstly make sure that you understand the question you are to about to answer. The good start is by understanding the SFI basics, as well as your SFI LAUNCHPAD and by making sure that you do understand at least a few SFI procedures.
At this stage, as an EA2 you are expected to be fully familiar with most answers submitted by other Affiliates as you are presumed to be voting for answers at your ASK SC tab at least on a daily basis.
The best questions to answer is the one that you have personally experienced and addressed, as answering questions on a guessing basis will not help. Make sure that when answering a question you depend more on your personal experience as well as adding your own tried and proven suggestions.
Keep answering.

I believe that the best is honesty.

Read the guidelines given before answering any questions.

Knowing the information required in your own words and being able to put it in a way that the person is asking it and the person voting for it understand it fully without misconceptions.

Putting your answer in simple terms and point form or paragraphs.

answering questions, it is not done in order to obtain points - but to the exchange of views all learned something.

Answers to the questions are very important for new users, because from them you can learn a lot.

Each of us has his own vision of the work. Therefore, through the questions and answers expands knowledge.

For answers we get points, which is less important.
It is more important to share our experience with time keeps getting better.

The same is the case with you and singers festivals and awards.

Does the singer sings better if the festival with prizes - I think not.

Thus, in our work ..... honest, quality, honest and personal answer - they deserve it the most points!

Keep it simple, practical and realistic. First of all, the aim should be that you want to help the person asking the question as well as everyone reading and voting.
I've only answered few questions around here and the aim was to help, especially when I notice previous answers were incorrect or inadequate. When we proffer solutions, we open the way to success for ourselves and others.
Personal experience also helps to drive home the point.

Keep your answer short and as helpful as possible

Try to make the answer easy to read and understand, avoid confusing the matter

Ensure you give new and accurate information in your answers. Try to avoid just giving out the links to the pages where the information is held on the SFI site.

Don't just write down exactly what it says on the SFI website. If someone is asking a question it is a sure bet they are looking for advice that won't necessarily be found on the SFI site. They are looking for fresh and alternative information, something that you may have found useful in your work as an SFI affiliate.
