Hello, Manuel:

In my opinion and experience, there is no definite way to accurately predict the final price in the PTP game. There are several "revolving" factors that change with each new auction, making it difficult to pinpoint an accurate price.

There is a different mix of bidders each game, plus the time of day an auction occurs changes, plus the time of month makes a difference, plus the times when the auctions are scheduled to begin keep changing!

This is a great question especially for "New Affiliates" coming on board, since we have been around and playing this PTP Game for awhile already!! Initially, I was throwing out dollar amounts based on NO Rhyme or Reason! Then I decided I would begin Researching the TIPS on the PTP page; After-all, our Admins put these sections there for a reason!
So, at first I would simply view the first page of Auctions...I would throw out a few numbers in between. This was NOT Successful!

Pick The Price (PTP) – You have to participate to win and to experience it. Some don’t like to bid but they are willing to go for PTP. The best way to predict the final price is to think and practice every day / every month until you reach 200 AVP for maximum limit. More than a limit is better for PTP practise. DO practise until you win for the final price. Here, I’d like to show you a simple steps but it is really difficult to follow and i can`t guarantee you to win.  Below is my daily basis

Hello Manual Gil,

Do not be under the impression that the winners of PTP have won PTP because they have predicted the EXACT price.

Please read the rules of the games. It says who ever first chooses the price of the winning bid ,if not exact , then nearer to the winning bid will be declared as winner.

Please note that we only come to know the WINNER. We do not come to know what winning Price he / she predicted.

So key to be a winner is choose a bid that

Great question! Glad you asked.

The key to predicting the final price in "Predict the Price" really comes down to the following variables:

§ Day of week
§ Time of day
§ Type of product
§ Type of auction
§ Number of similiar auctions around the same time

When you go to pick the price you will want to click the price history link. This is where you will spend your time looking at the auctions that ended and tabulating

Thanks Manuel for your question.

Well as far as I can see, in Picking the Price some basic rules must guide your Estimate:

1. Product!

2. Its Price History!

3. Type of Auction!

These three I feel are key to making an 'Well- educated' guess.

1. Product

Well generally Electronics auction to higher prices. TripleClicks products of larger Size (eg. 500 pack TC or 6 months TC subscription) also.

BUT YOU

I've won the Pick The Price Contest a few times , and so I can only tell you what has worked for me.

First and foremost, you must play often...face it, if you're not in the game, you can't win!

Here is my list of things I do for this contest...

1. I play often
2. I pick one item only (it may be listed more than once for different times, this is ok...play all times listed) example: 300 pack T-Credits with auctions listed at 24 min., 1 hr 15 min., and

I will not say the best way, but rather how you can gain experience at the auctions to assist you in making an informed decision on Pick the Price (PTP). It is important as a first step to be a regular observer of the auctions and may be a participant too.

When you observe or/and participate, you will begin to understand the price range with which certain products are won, the time of the day and the associated prices at which they are won, including the behavior of participants.

The winning bid that we want to predict at Pricebender is completely random. But we are not totally blind with information. We know at least the range of the winning bids by scanning through the records of winners.

We can use two kinds of strategies.

1. We can use logical prediction. - This means, you look at the value of items out for bidding and the the types of bidding methods. (regular, first time, junior, big dog, double MRP, and No auto bidding).

You can look

Hello,

Pick The Price popularly called PTP is a contest in which the participants are required to correctly predict the final price of an auction or the closest to the final price if no exact picks are entered. Whenever an auction's final price is represented by more than one entry, the first entry received is deemed the winner.

Each win gives you a share of the daily Zackpot and a ''Hammer on the head'' gives you five shares of the daily Zackpot. For those who don't know, a
