I suggest when you initiate an on-line chat with a PSA, take the time to find out what their purpose for joining SFI is.

Knowing this will provide you guidance as to what is important to your PSA and enables you to develop a collaborative relationship with your downline member.

Try to understand your PSA instead of sharing what you think he or she needs. What you think is his or her need is not necessarily what he or she desires.

This is an important question which can lead to your success of duplication. Since you are dealing with the human mind, the right approach is always required since if they get the wrong idea about SFI you can lose even if he is a potential affiliate.

Hi , the first thing is to know him a little better , then as conversation goes you nicely explaion them what to do first and then next one etc.
The conversation must be in nice tone and with the maximum help provided, and PLEASE do not neglect your PSA, as this leads to quiting his job.

The major problem for all affiliates is "help"...

To discuss an online chat with a new PSA, firstly, we must understand that this PSA is new, and that, we must make certain that this new PSA is comfortable towards our conversation.

The topics should cover mostly on the basics. Explanation should be simplified as possible. I would start the discussion by asking what their interests are and what they're looking to accomplish.

For example, if they really like playing games and taking surveys, you can point them in the direction of the TripleClicks Eager Zebra games. Explain that they can earn points by playing games, and exchange those points for credits to make purchases or buy more TCredits.

First, you have to welcome your new PSA to SFI and to your Team.

Second, introduce yourself, your background, etc. and let your new PSA know that you are there to support him.

Third, ask your new PSA why he/she joined and what are the plans he have.

Fourth, give him options. Discuss important aspects in SFI like Fast Track, EA status, Leadership Ranks, Standing order and everything the new PSA wants to know.

This is very important part of your SFI business.

First time you should welcome your new PSA. You should explain him/her that you are his/her sponsor, and tell them that you will be there for any help. Introduce him/her with his/her start in SFI, SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons. Tell him/her about all benefits which comes when someone become an SFI affiliate.

When you intiate a chat with a new PSA, the best is to welcome them to SFI and make them understand that as their sponsor it is your duty to help them succeed in SFI so they should feel free to turn to you for help on any thing they do not understand.
