Your role in SFI is not as an employer. You do not offer jobs. What you are is a business consultant, a trainer, a team leader, a business builder.

You gather together a group of people who are interested in making more money than they are doing now, who want financial freedom, who want to be free from a day to day job. You will show them how to set up and build their own businesses. Some of these people will know what they need to do, others will have never owned their own business and only know how to be an employee.

You will teach duplication, responsibility, investing strategies, and sales and recruiting techniques.

'I run my own business.' That would be the 1st thing that comes out of my mouth.
I would then tell the prospect about the fact that I am an Affiliate in SFI and then briefly explain what an affiliate does:

1. Promote SFI and its store TripleClicks
2. I promote SFI and recruit (sponsor)other affiliates who then work their own business doing the same
3. Affiliates promote TripleClicks store and if the people who they refer to the store buy from the store the Affiliates earn 45% of the CV of the products as commission. For subsequent purchases by the same customer, the referring affiliate automatically receives 45% of the items CV every time so long as they are members of SFI.
4. As the sponsoring affiliate I also benefit from the work of those I recruit. So it is in my interest as a business owner to build up the number of affiliates I sponsor, leading and teaching them how to promote SFI and TripleClicks.

So in essence, I am a team leader, running my own business, promoting SFI and TripleClicks. I am also a coach and a trainer, teaching my people how to be successful online business owners.

The key word in your question for me is 'prospect'.

Your primary role with that prospect, should they become an affiliate, will be as their mentor. You will be there to support them as they grow their business, guide them through the learning process, encourage them and help them in any way you can.

Beyond that, you can talk about your activities within SFI, what you have achieved, and why you believe in SFI. Tell them about why you joined, and why and how you are building your business.

Tell them how you have worked with other members of your team, and the results it has produced for those team members.

Emphasize the unique features of SFI, and also what added value you bring to the table as their sponsor, and therefore their mentor. That way, if they do become an affiliate, you have set the table for a productive relationship with them, and they will not feel they are just another notch in your recruitment belt.

The main purpose for that website should be to encourage traffic and to brand you as an internet marketer. Duplication is the key to success in SFI therefore; you will want to ensure that you use your gateways wisely to draw traffic and have a flow of individuals who would sign up. Ensure that to write articles as fresh content will be invaluable. Make your articles interesting and be consistent in your delivery.

You should also try to promote some TripleClicks products as this is a means of accruing Personally Referred Members. You can make 10% royalty on their purchases for life. . Post the ‘deal of the day’ and promote Wave3 by installing banners on your site. Share facts, stories and figures. Arouse the curiosity of others.

The website can also be a powerful tool where your team members can get inspiration. Share some of your experiences and you can post and answer some questions. It is possible that you will run into your prospect and will ask you about your role in SFI. How do you proceed in your conversation with your prospect?

This would be dependent on your current situation. It includes your rank and your experience being an SFI affiliate.

If you’re a new affiliate, you can just say politely that you’re widening your SFI knowledge base. Don’t forget to mention about the extensive support from SFI Help desk, upline, sponsor and co-sponsor.

If you’re an EA, you can explain that you’re being trained to move to the Team Leader position and receive the benefits that come with it. In this stage of being an EA you can further say that you’re learning to build your network through the support mainly of your sponsor.

If you’re a Team Leader:

Team Leaders provide direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals, to his/her team, for the purpose of achieving a certain goal. A good Team Leader will know his/her team members strengths, their weaknesses, and what motivates them.

You can mention the following:

- Develop strategy for the whole team to reach its goal.

- Provide any support for his/her team members.

- Communicate clear, simple instructions to his/her team members.
