But showning practic and objectives results people can change his mind. It is not easy, of course, but one cannot expect that world changes if nobody makes first move.

Firstival, always been positive, no matter the circumstances.Tell them to follow
people that already had success, follow their steps. Try to not reinvent the wheel.Tell them to be consistant in their work or project they might be building.Teach them the rule of duplication.Tell them that they must have a vision so they can attract followers.
Overall they must have a reason of why they should be followed.

It is not your job to worry about that. If someone is having a capacity to act as a "BUSINESS OWNER", he will not wait for YOU to tell him what to do. Hardly someone with mentality for running successful business will ask anyone for any advice.

But yes you can be polite (at most) and ask someone to start his business "under you".

I JUST TELL THEM it is a difference between these two ideas/concepts-IN CASE they let me to.
If not, there is no chance, it means you speak to walls. You should first establish a simple communication and after that explain them this "secret" as briefly as possible.Actually it is now only when I notice the difference and this is due to this question. So, one small sentence like this will make them ...THINK BIG.

No one can change anyone's mentality! You have to use tactics that cause them to want to change and thus do the work necessary to change. Here are some steps that might help you to convince them that being a business owner is better than being an employee catering to an employer needs.

1. Start with simple instructions on how to succeed as an SFI business partner.
2. Testify to how being an entrepreneur has improved your life.
3. Write frequent but short emails every time you have some small success.
4. Write about bargains you have gotten at TripleClicks.
5. Send them encouraging emails and ecards whenever they achieve even the smallest goal.
6. Remind them that as an entrepreneur you have more choices than as an employee concerning your personal life.
7. Let them know that taking the same amount of time and putting in the same effort and passion as they would as an employee will reward them in many more areas than being an employee. They will be rewarded financially, have more time, and no need justify your actions to anyone.
8. Explain that their work in SFI is to encourage, develop, and build a following. This may take more time and effort in the beginning than being an employee. As a business owner they are building for the future.
9. Once your downline is established, you will have much more going for you than the paycheck you get as an employee.
10. To change their mentality requires constant small encouragements, proofs and explanations that have worked for you.

Hi Maria!

It is very difficult to turn someone to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality, if he/she doesn't feel like owner of his/hers own business.

I have never had my own business before SFI. When I joined, and my sponsor explained to me what is this all about, I figured it out, that this is my CHANCE OF LIFE, to start my own business. Because this is it. You have no boss, no one tell you what to do or when (except when you need help, your sponsor is there to guide you). With the all help what SFI provide you to became successful, this is a unique online business, where you will fail only if you don't follow the SFI rules of success.

Following the method of duplication, you CAN'T FAIL!

Is there any another business (online or not), where you can start it without investment?

Is there any another business opportunity where all sacrifise to make is only your free time?

Just think about all of it and try to explain all of this to you PSA. If he/she understand it, you are on the best way to "produce" a new "business owner".

Hello Maria Koning, great question and I think this is one that a lot of us have been asking.
Personally I think the best we can do is help our affiliates understand that we are not their boss, rather like a business partner.
Be the best sponsor/business partner that you can be and do the best you can.
It is sometimes very difficult to get someone to change their mindset about something and the best you can do is just support them as best as you can.
