Good question, because most of the time when people come to SFI, they look to be improving over time; he is content to their position and do not see the wealth that is within their reach.

It is simple to have that mentality of a business owner. To help your affiliate have this mentality, you have to take them through the SFI rules of success. There 20 of them. Take time to emphasise the rule that says: your success in SFI depends solely on you not on your sponsor. They must have the mentality of "if I succeed, it is my fault; if I fail, it is my fault." That way they will come to know that everything depends on them. Besides, do not give the impression to any affiliate, that you will fail if he or she did not succeed. There are many, many more people out there looking for this opportunity. That doesn't mean that you should despise your workers. You must hold them in high esteem and answer there questions with conviction that you know and believe in SFI. Hope this help.

I think that people are attracted to programs like SFI by saying that they will get rich quick . They see the numbers of people who are looking at the SFI part of the program and see the potential that Triple Clicks offers.

They look at SFI and Triple clicks as a one sided opportunity for their gain only and not the rest of the world. They don't see that SFI has been created democratically and that the opportunity must be given to all SFI and Triple Clicks users alike. SFI and Triple Clicks is not the National Lottery and will never be that way. It is not betting on the best horse nor betting on your favorite team.

You see the employee situation creates Employee Mentality.

Employee mentality wants free bees no work and losing ones mind as you don't eat if you're not good at being one. Employees never feel they're paid enough, and most of the time they're not paid enough. To change an Employees mind from this Employee Mentality

GET RID OF HIS FEAR THAT HE/SHE WILL BE LEFT BEHIND OR NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR CLOTHES OR FOOD!!!

So how do you do that? Form a business plan.

SFI was invented for this purpose. Create business relationships with your existing friends. After you have developed relationships with your friends you form a business. It should be a business that starts small and grows big. Whatever your business is, you should create a rewards program on your blog so that active CSA s and PSA's see this and desire to be a part of your business as you give $12 cards for advancement in SFI. Next, What are you selling? What could you sell? T shirts, Protein Drinks, Vitamins, Sunglasses, Chairs, Tables, etc .... Make sure it fits in with Triple Clicks Guidelines for what you can and cannot sell. Ask your CSA s and PSAs from different countries how much money they see different products listed in their countries. Help them create businesses which help them but help others first.

Follow the values of showing compassion, consistency, love and sharing hope. People want the steps to a successful business laid out for them. Lay them out when they ask.

An online business can look scary, awkward, a waste of time, hopeless and even come off like you're trying to lie and cheat people out of time and money. Prove your business is not like this and that you have what it takes to succeed and teach others to succeed.

Once they stay active for a few weeks, start asking THEM questions about how they might resolve an issue you are having (whether it's real or not) to get them thinking like an owner.

Or explain your dilemma with having to choose between doing this now, or later? Which do you think would help me more?

"How do you turn affiliates' EMPLOYEE mentality...to a BUSINESS OWNER mentality?"

This idea takes continous work with your affiliates. Even though we are all different, thinking of yourself as a business owner is the logical thing that should come after an affiliate figures out how SFI business works. It also determines a large portion of someone's success in SFI. The affiliates who don't get to build this mentality may progress a lot slower than the ones who do.

The goal is to help them understand that SFI business is their private business. It is their own network of downilne affiliates, TripleClicks vendors and TripleClicks customers wich will develop and grow year after year bringing them residual income.

So, how this is done?

1. Create a short post about the topic and publish it on your Leadership Page, Stream posts, weekly team mail etc.

2. Whenever you communicate with your downline use phrases like: "In your business", "What can you do to improve YOUR business", and always speak to them in terms of you helping them develop THEIR OWN business.

3. We are not all the same. Some people only unterstand themselves as somebody ellses worker.

It's hard for some people, specially if they are living in an economically challenged environment and if they have to work really hard just to make minimum wage.

You can work arround it by comparing that what they do in SFI is the same thing that business owners in their country and their town do, and that by building their SFI business they will be building the same life and the same business that business owners in their local environment did.

No Satisfaction if you are an employee.

Get Satisfaction has role based access applied to the application.
There are 4 roles in any Get Satisfaction:

1) Admin : Admins have full access to the Configure workspace. This role is best suited for project managers, technical implementation managers, or those helping with the initial set up and launch of a community. The Admin role + Management Seat is the best option for a Community Strategist or Lead Community Manager.
2) Official Rep : Official Reps have limited access Configure workspace. This role is best suited for part-time Community Managers and Moderators, or contract employees.
3) Employee: Employee is the most basic role available to company employees. This role is best suited for users who occasionally participate in the community, but still have an employee badge.
4) Champion : Champion is the most appropriate role for your most supportive and loyal customers, and brand advocates who are strong contributors within your community.

After all BUSINESS OWNER Mentality is there no BOSS.

2. No investment, no business. So invest some money whatever you afford.
3. Consider yourself an entrepreneur not an employee.
4. SFI is a platform that demands ‘vision of ideas’ than ‘mission at work’.

6. Be system driven than goal driven.

Once you have undergone the training and have learnt what SFI is all about - that it is an internet marketing business with great earning potentials and you yourself are an (the) owner, then you will communicate that mentality to prospective affiliates.

Marriage is the most painful way to learn that we can't change anyone's behavior or mentality. In fact, divorce and remarriage is the only way to change a wife or husband... with a new one.

There is a moment of astonishing revelation when an employee starts his own business: the only boss he can lie or cheat is himself, and he knows too well all his lies and excuses, hence he can't accept them anymore.

The employee finds out that the entrepreneur's life requires rigid self-discipline and that customer accepts no excuses and is always right.
