Good question, because most of the time when people come to SFI, they look to be improving over time; he is content to their position and do not see the wealth that is within their reach.
SFI is an invaluable wealth of knowledge and all completely free! SFI teaches us to be leaders and not employees; she teaches us to become our own boss and build for us a successful and profitable business. We have all kinds of training at our disposal

It is simple to have that mentality of a business owner. To help your affiliate have this mentality, you have to take them through the SFI rules of success. There 20 of them. Take time to emphasise the rule that says: your success in SFI depends solely on you not on your sponsor. They must have the mentality of "if I succeed, it is my fault; if I fail, it is my fault." I think that people are attracted to programs like SFI by saying that they will get rich quick . They see the numbers of people who are looking at the SFI part of the program and see the potential that Triple Clicks offers.

They look at SFI and Triple clicks as a one sided opportunity for their gain only and not the rest of the world. They don't see that SFI has been created democratically and that the opportunity must be given to all SFI and Triple Clicks users alike. SFI and Triple

Once they stay active for a few weeks, start asking THEM questions about how they might resolve an issue you are having (whether it's real or not) to get them thinking like an owner.

Or explain your dilemma with having to choose between doing this now, or later? Which do you think would help me more?

This idea takes continous work with your affiliates. Even though we are all different, thinking of yourself as a business owner is the logical thing that should come after an affiliate figures out how SFI business works. It also determines a large portion of someone's success in SFI. The affiliates who don't get to build this mentality may progress a lot slower than the ones who do.

1. Treat your business like a business not a next one job.

Employee Mentality to a Business Owner

1. Employee has to work under a boss. Tell the affiliates that He/She should not work under a boss. In SFI you are the boss.

2. Employee gets a fixed salary and its limited to some industry standards, but But in SFI if the affiliate grows the business they get lucrative income through commissions and also they get residual income for duplication.

The business owner mentality begins with each SFI affiliate. Once you have undergone the training and have learnt what SFI is all about - that it is an internet marketing business with great earning potentials and you yourself are an (the) owner, then you will communicate that mentality to prospective affiliates.
Explain that as the owner of this massive business it will take time to grow and unlike being an employee they are not going to see immediate monetary gratification.
