You say; 'You keep losing....' meaning it is continuously. I think you must check yourself what is it that you are doing that makes you to lose your 'active' people. Active people are eager people. Eager people don't just give up. The wise people say when you keep on doing the same thing, you will get the same results. I think it is time to change/improve what you were doing. It is time to start reading 'How can I be an awesome sponsor and create big income duplication?' Read the DO's and the DONT's. I'm positive that this will bring a positive change that will make your 'active' people to stay.

once in a while people get fed up with a particular system when not motivated within and without.
this could be very frustrating when once expectation, is not clear enough to be realised.
people could get cold feet due to somany factors, such as; Funding, accessibility to net work, knowledge, care

Sometime in our goals, we lose perspective. Whether because we're busy with some other things, whether because our beloved ones are sick.. have patience and ask your team workers if you may help somehow. Try to advice them to at least come in their office and find 10 minutes for maintaining main course of getting VP's, if they're somehow stuck, lend them a hand by some contribution like giving help by Gift Ticket, or assigning some affiliates of yours.
And for sure, let them know that they have 7 days in next month to fulfill anything they couldn't achieve in previous counting month.

Hi Mary Bird, I have the same problem! They say that they are tired, even though I tried hard and invested time and money in them.
I think that summer and vacation affect them.
I was warmly greeted them and said that I can always go back and continue to work, but that will have to try harder to regain its status and progress.
But I will be there for them to help them and advise.
I'm turning to new members and trying to be successful with them and introduce them to the serious business.

In any business, and in this, there is a critical moment, making you successful in business or unsuccessful. It is always the most difficult to cross this part of the road to success. Obviously your associates to fail. Do I give up or not, it is up to me - not on my sponsor, and he can not be responsible for it-the decision was mine. There are many other ways to learn something, you don't have to ask the sponsor for all.
Therefore, look for other co-workers, who probably will not give up, just as you did and to seek answers to the dilemma as you and so prosper.

Very good question, which is not easy to answer. Abandonment of active members is a problem that many of us collide. As a sponsor, do your best to get good communication with their members. Try to provide them with that staying in business and building your team achieve success. Show by their example that we should strive, work and be patient and persistent. Do everything in your power to motivate them to continue working. If you do decide to leave, then do not waste your time, energy and enthusiasm to them, let them. In the end, however, everyone decides for himself if he wants something or wants. You can not force anyone to do. Dedicate yourself how to find new members that will work. In this business, it is quite normal for people to work for a specified period and then leave this job. The reason is probably what most people think it is over the internet can make money overnight, when they realize that, as in real life to make money and need to do it, then give up.

You are losing your active downlines, because they lost their active downlines already i think.
The major problem at every affiliate program is making a permanent active downline.
You have to watch your downline and when you feel giving up in your team, before they leave, assign at least one active affiliate to them, this may prevent them from stopping work at SFI.
Unfortunately it seems that this is not just your problem, we can call it a general problem.

Personally I find it very difficult to impress in the minds of other people the right charge, but I do not get depressed, because keeping up my training, I see gradual improvements and effective that they give me an extra boost in communication. The important thing is to never lose confidence in themselves, and try to pass it on to others. If I can give you some advice, I suggest you take advantage of the potential of gift cards, or increase the communication by sending the various greetings cards, which you'll find in numerous marketing list, made available by SFI. Duplication is the source of our success, and we must try to do it in the best way, although it will take more time to succeed. Good job.
