I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

Being in constant communication with people, motivate them, encourage, advise, help them.


Explain to them that Patience key. Show them how you got to the top, and do not lose heart in this business. Explain that every business takes time, attention and focus. Success will not come overnight.

The meaning of success is hard work. Show them the results that you did it. To help them to understand the technique of marketing. Once they realize that they will fly with you.

First of all, you have to set a standard that will motivate your active affiliates not to leave.

1)Your rank and your activities are some of the top things that motivates your downliners.
2)Make sure you maintain your EA status every month as such, they will like to maintain theirs too. Having a standing order is the easiest way to achieve this.
3)Contact! Sending your affiliates email twice or atleast one in a week will also keep them going. This is very very important.

The only thing you CAN do when previously active affiliates stop their activity is send an e-card or email asking if they are having any difficulties with which you can help them.

Continue to stay in contact with them just as you do with your other sleepers. I think these actives who go to sleep are in shock from discovering there is a good bit of studying and work to do to create their own active team!!

Focus your energy on recruiting more people who will stay in SFI for the long haul. Some seeds will grow in fertile ground, some will land on solid ground, some will land on dry ground, some will land where the thorns are.

We can't really control people's outcome. The only thing we can do is help them by contacting them and if they respond try to find out what made them stop. However, if they've opt-out we can't contact them.

Just keep promoting SFI to replenish your treasury

What should you do is just left the old step and start to improve with new way of motivation for your next downline. Below is my regular technique that I used before to make my downline back to active again and of course I am ready for the next new comer PSA or CSA in my team.

If you lose people who were active previously in SFI, I can assume these reasons:
1.While some affiliates may be active for 2 months and they gradually become inactive for the succeeding months, don’t be surprised, this happens when they found some new business that generates more income.
2.Others may become inactive due to unavailable time to login to SFI and became busy in their personal undertakings or office works.
3.Some affiliates merely quit for no reasons at all.

People often have their reasons for leaving a site when they have been active, it's just the way things go and you just have to really move on and keep on pushing to draw in more affiliates to your downline and hope that they will see the potential of SFI.

Most people expect things to happen quickly without them having to put the work in themselves, and they are the ones that will be constantly jumping from site to site never really applying themselves so there is no point in dwelling

When active affiliates opt out, it is a drawback but we can only tell them to reconsider the decision by contacting them and ask the reasons for it. When they reply you can give your advice on the specific matter.

Mostly they go out because of the low knowledge they have of SFI, or they may be financially weak to put a standing order to continue. Another reason may be that their advertising is not giving good results and they are not getting down lines to grow their

I honestly don’t think there is much we can do when we lose active affiliates. It is a situation which happens to us all, and more often than we like to acknowledge. I have had the same experience. I have some team members who have been open with their reasons, and others that just dropped off the radar with absolutely no communication. Life happens to all of us, and we need to respect their decision to move on to a place that they may consider better for them at this time.

This is a cross we all must bear. It's part and parcel of our kind of business and no matter how much we try to help and motivate our team, others will just quit when the going gets tough. It's the natural attrition that we need to accept.
