Hi Mary Bird,
What do you do?
What should you do is just left the old step and start to improve with new way of motivation for your next downline. Below is my regular technique that I used before to make my downline back to active again and of course I am ready for the next new comer PSA or CSA in my team.
1. You have to understand your active PSA/CSA ` Business Models.
- and try to put yourself in the shoes of your affiliates; you will notice that you prefer talking with people who show a real interest in your SFI Business and who might be able to add value to it . Talking to someone who does not understand your needs and goals is a waste of time.
2. You have to provide them with necessary SFI Resources.
- First of all you need to know your active downline and if possible you need to be a friend to them, know each other, communicate with them, always keep in touch even they are stay faraway from you and than you can show them how you do SFI and don’t forget to inform them your activity to promote SFI both TripleClicks products successfully because they might be require up-to-date media such as links, banner, product data feeds and many more.
- Additionally, providing your PSA/CSA with press releases and other and other relevant SFI both TripleClicks information can help in creating an understanding of the SFI concept, SFI Basic, Launchpad and to do list as well. Always keep SFI in your PSA/CSA`s mind by sending out a monthly partner newsletter in your group for activity or good tips and ideas.
3. You have to communicate with your Affiliates
- Start by reviewing your PSA/CSA applications in a timely manner and sending out of friendly welcome email to your affiliates that you can accept into your program and make sure your email includes the contact information such as your gateway list and tips on getting started with SFI
- Quickest respond needed and try to answer all affiliate queries within a day since they join SFI under your group. Check your genealogy and communicate with them if they are online. Don’t forget to keep up your reputation by being responsive and supportive.
The next want is…try to keep your PSA/CSA motivated and try to keep your promises up to date so they will stick to you. You can try in many difference ways to attract your PSA/CSA, give them space and time and not to make them give up with you. Last but not least, always keep in mind we have to move forward to keep sponsoring to find a good affiliate out there, duplicate your great step of leader to them and never give up.
I hope all the entire above will inspire you toward your next step to do.
Good luck and thank you for reading.
