The best solution to this problem that many of us face, is to keep recruiting new affiliates on an on-going basis.

Many people join SFI because it's free and they want to see if it can meet their specific needs and goals. There is no way that we or they can know that before they join.

So keep promoting SFI, TripleClicks and all the fun things this business keeps adding to the list. Based on the law of averages you will keep building on the number who join and stay, because SFI

This is an obstacle that all SFI members have with their downline unfortunately. I think if you keep working with your already active affiliates by:

Creating Contests
Reassigning Affiliates to your Strong Members
Paying Half of their S-Builder Co-op Subscriptions

This should help reduce your inactivity count by creating an atmosphere of activity that will allow your members to stay active with incentives for doing so.

Don't be afraid to reach out to inactive

This is a very cute question because I believe it affects all affiliates to the best of my knowledge. Having said that let me straight away refer you to SFI Success Rule 4 which simply states…”Work with the workers.” It goes further to expatiate, “Way too many people focus on QUANTITY. They sponsor dozens; even hundreds of affiliates–which is great–but it is ultimately QUALITY that is the real key. Once you've found or developed 3-5 topnotch affiliates, you're going to see a lot of great

Hi Mary
I don't think you are doing anything wrong. People are just not as motivated as you are. I wanted to quit a few times. Thing is I got so hooked on SFI I cannot live without it. I love doing the to do list and other things.
My sponsor dissappeared and I got a new sponsor. It is now at least four months and I still have not had any contact with him.
On the other hand my co-sponsor is just briliant. He send my one news letter every week and sometimes encouragement letters

Dear Mary,

Sooner or later we all face the same problem, so here is what I have done and since than the results are much better:

1. Send them FB request for friendship as it would be much easier to communicate as they probably stopped checking their emails and logging into their SFI office, but for sure are logging to their FB accounts. In that way you will be in contact easily.
2. Organize a support group/chat on FB for your most active PSAs or even downline no matter

Its an important question, you have asked, most of us also have such an experience. The means of ‘Duplication’ is what you are, create a clone of yours, simple what quality, knowledge, experience, traits, business attitude and patience you have, the same is perfectly transfer or create in your ‘Duplication.’
Now we come to the point that the affiliates who were doing nice, good/ giving perfect performance, then what happened; persuade them to ‘Quit? We must discuss the problem, they

Hi there

First you need to ascertain why they became inactive.

Perhaps they used to manage their SFI from a work PC connected to the internet and they lost their job and do not have constant internet access anymore? Or maybe they didn't reach their EA status again and lost all the CSA's and benefits and gave up? Maybe they're just on holiday and didn't enable their vacation mode.

Contact them directly and ask what the scenario is. Help them with a workaround to the

We all we experience this it could be now or later.

You need to understand that when an affiliate expectation is not materializing gradually the passion he once possess at the beginning begins to wane.

If you are going to keep him active then motivation is a key factor here.

Team mail isn't enough.

You must be aware of his challenges by asking him.

It could be the area of meeting up with the standing order.

You have a part to play.

One thing that I have noticed is that the more I lose people, I previously got frustrated. I would get all "bent out of shape." It previously bothered me to no end to see that I actually had people who were leaving my team.

As I continued in the SFI business a little longer, I realized that when people left, they weren't leaving me, they were leaving this opportunity. They weren't doing harm to me, they were simply not fully convinced that this is where they needed to be.

This,

Not to fret, not to worry. While some would see this as a problem, for me, it is only an illusion. On the other hand, to look at this as just part of the process, which in reality - it is, makes it just that, and shouldn't be a problem at all.

Like combing the beaches for the perfect shell or beauties we're looking for, we go through a similar search on SFI. Being a business owner who has just opened shop, (I, for one), we start searching for the right "business- employees"
