I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

Talk one-on-one or exchange e-mails,
If there is a problem there is a solution,

It's hard when people who have active become inactive especially if you are helping them on a daily basis to understand everything, all my active become inactive soon after they see earnings in the first month, anyone who expects to earn a lot of money right away and just that every day we work out basic stuff and not bother with anything else it will not long remain active, they all do not realize sFI even after a month, even after a detailed explanation, there is no help can only hope that you

Just don't dispair. If they cannot work in SFI anymore,it is not your fault. Consider to work by yourself and get accustomed with the idea. In time, you will get some other PSAs or CSAs who will become active. Meanwhile, take advantage of the TripleClicks items, purchase and reccomend them for sale, also, make your daily actions and participate in Auctions, do the minimum you can to qualify as an EA or more if you can, each month.

I feel upset when some one who is previously active becomes inactive.
It is best to analyse the situation to see whether one becomes lazy on the third month.
The third month is for one to choose whether to invest or quit.
The affiliate needs advice from the Sponsor at this point.
A proper guidance, support and motivation can improve a lot.

It is very nice and valid question. As you know and there are good number tools are available might be you are not utilising.

I am explaining one Point what is a Platform

There are so many platform know what are they ?

Plain launches - Airfield that one platform - are all plain remained in one Airfield I think No.

Bus stop - That is also platform buses comes and goes - are all buses are remain in one plot form no.

I think a lot of people quit after a couple of months because they have the idea that they are going to make much more money, much sooner.

Emphasize LaunchPad Lesson #11 in the beginning. Real wealth is possible but it is not going to happen overnite.

Also, some people don't want to be "supervised". Be available, but respect your PSA/CSA

It is good question

We all know that we can not make someone to do something that he or she doesn't want .
But only thing you can do stop that happening is to make good conversation with yours
team and show them adventages of this job,and persuade them not to quit on first celandge because that is a key of success.

What can you do? Nothing, if they are not willing to move from the spot, if they enjoy in their misery of life.

Just forget them and let them go!

But, if you get someone who is smart enough to try to do something for him or herself, be there for them, teach them everything you know, guide them to become good SFI workers, on their and your profit.

I have a large number of inactive members, and I think it would be best to write each in his mail a personal letter. Of course, in this letter he would write that emits a unique opportunity in my life, which is SFI. And if you do not decide now, will probably come across a few years ago.
