When I am ask what I do at SFI I simply say I am an internet Marketer.I advertise products to get paid and I also advertise for others to join me.

I inform them this is online business where you try to get sales for products in your store and try to others to join and do the same.

Your duties includes posting ads online or meeting individuals face to face informing of thie great opportunity to financial freedom which comprises of

Residue Income which is Income you receive from doing an action once.Your referred team members PSAs.

Leverage Income which is Income you receive fom efforts of others your personally referred members PRMS.

This is work not a job which means your are rewarded for you do.

You need to treat this like a real business.meaning you are required to earn the same amount of VP you reached the previous month to receive your monthly benefits from SFI which is T Credits and CSAs.In order to earn theses VP you are required to do various task to achieve them.These tasks are located in your ledger.

Your are given MUST do tasks by SFI these comes in 3 forms daily tasks,weekly tasks and monthly tasks.To me this is SFI way of really seeing how active you are.We call them FREE VP because they are Action VP and for most AVP you need TCredits to earn them.And it is 1 Tcredit = 1 AVP,Also every month you must earn NO less than 1500VP (EA). Earning Vp is the key to commissions so the more you earn the better it is for you.You must concentrate on building an active team 5 affiliates minimum.

When people ask me "How does SFI work" I mostly tell them:

"For me it works GREAT.
The complete concept of SFI is to big for me to explain in just a short conversation.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing you can do is just log in every day. Every day for the first 30 days SFI sends you a short "training" that you should read and put into practice.

When you do that you will already have a business up and growing within 30 days.
When you run into any problems or if you ever have questions please do not hesitate to contact me at .... and .... or .... (the more ways to contact you the better it is)"

After saying that I explain them about the To-Do list, VP Ledger, Launchpad and so on..

Also I use messengers often just to "chatter" with the PSAs and/or CSAs just to let them know I am online for help with ANYTHING ! Not just work-related but with every question they have.

This works quite well for me..

SFI is really very simple and it doesn't need a long lengthy explanation about all the attributes of the program. As a matter of fact the less you say the better of you are when it comes to face to face recruiting.

I recommend that you tell your prospect this: "SFI is a way to supplement your income working from home with a computer and an internet connection. If you would like to join, here's what you need to do:"

1. Give them your referral information.
2. Tell them to verify their email address.
3. Tell them to log in and click the START link in the upper left.

Tell them to get back with you for further instructions. When you give people too much information it will only confuse them. Always let them initiate the contact. Always give simple straightforward steps. No more that 2 or 3 at a time. This process of walking the prospect through builds rapport and trust.

It's really important to "keep it down to earth" and state the obvious first.

Well, they all want to hear few magical words: easy, free, money, second income and paycheck. And we are all in temptation to start with them… but… What start with a lies will end soon. At first month it is easy, they will reach EA in no time, next month EA2 will your efforts (mostly) and in third month they will ask you – where is all that easy money you promise me?! And then they will go away.
So, tell them the truth: it is MLM (multi level marketing), it’s not easy and they have to work every day, they have to invest some money, they need to advertise, they have to build a team because no one will pay them for clicking red tabs.
