The first thing you need to ask yourself is how much Tcredits are you prepared to invest. If you would use auto-bidder then don't join auction with below 300 Tcredits on your account! 95% of the time you will see your Tcredits vanish.
So it all starts with your budget. The amount you can invest in Tcredits.
You could only try to win 1stWIN auctions or Junior auctions with 200-300 Tcredits.
But it all depends on timing, when is auction held and general timing in the auction.
Forget about the featured auctions and BIG DOG auctions. These are impossible to win with this amount of Tcredits. Good luck and keep in mind that luck plays big part of winning the auctions! Control your budget!

I believe that live bidding is the way to go, unless of course you just want to earn double MRP's in an auction and are not worried about winning! Or you have a few hundred T-credits and want to dominate a particular auction, presumably because you want the item very badly and are pressed for time!
In my experience tracking auctions and observing who is bidding as well as when and how will give you the best chance of winning any auction.
If your goal is to win efficiently , then always do it Live you will win and learn more by investing the time!

Winning the Pricebender auctions really need a bit of expertise and right timing to really WIN the item at the price that you can really smile.
What is essential in this auction bidding is how many T-credits do you have.
If you have more than enough T-credits to risk, auto-bidder will be effective to use with the proper timing and well thought of plan of action.
But if you have limited T-credits, I think you have better chances of winning in non-auto bid as all bidders have the same and equal opportunity to click the bid button, unlike the auto-bid.
Good luck to us on our next pricebender auction win.

If you can afford a lot of T-Credits, go ahead and use the auto-bidder. Just be careful when setting your prices. I would recommend keeping your eye on it though in case someone else jumps in and starts using auto-bidder too. You will spend quite a few T-Credits if you don't pay attention to it.
My personal auction option is- No Auto Bidder. I can watch how others are bidding, and see my competition before I ever spend a T-Credit. By timing my bids, I save T-Credits and then I can use them for other things within TripleClicks.

There are several ways of better usage with this Auto Bidder tools. But first, it all depends on ones budget and game techniques.
In every game, it is a need to understand and master each game. Some low budget TC owner prefer to use manual bid as this helps them saves their TC and let them read the game and the environment. Unless you own a large quantity of TC, and they use the Auto Bidder all the way which are sure to win in the end.
Most of us normally play the tactical way, reading the game and playing with cautious, waiting for the right moment to apply on auto bidder and when to pull it off on manual.
Thats the best way of using the Auto Bidder from my suggestion, just like driving a car, there is time to speed and there is a time to slow down.

I have tried Auctions without Auto-bidder`s tool and was overly irritated by some auto-bidders coming in to make the Auctions tiring and not fun to do.
Auctions that are strictly tagged NAB "No Auto-Bidder" are more relaxing because you know you are competing with real people clicking the ~BID~ button and not Robots 'so to speak`
I am not discouraging the use of Auto-bidders if you have lots of TripleClicks credit to play around with, its easier to win bids with Auto-bidders, no doubt.
I would advise you stick to the NAB Auctions if you do not like Auto-bidding.

I personally have not used an Auto-bidder to participate in auctions and have won.
For auctions, you need to consider the product you're interested in and how much you're willing to bid on the product. This would be the same when using an auto bidder.
For both methods - auto bidder or manual, you need to create a strategy that works for you with each method. Method alone, does not guarantee you a win.
I typically review items that I am interested in then consider start time for each auction for the item. I attempt to join in the auction when there is 20 seconds or left remaining on the live time so as to get the best use out of my T-Credit. I have found if I start when the auction goes live, I am bidding against more people thus ther stakes get higher.

It's all depends upon you availability of TCredits.
You will have to guess things.
Just set the limit in Auto-bidder to check the response, you will come to know.
Both techniques are very useful depends on the time and your interest in auction.
If you badly need it and you have enough TCredits in pocket then go for Auto-bidder.
But if you want to play smart and wants to save some Tcredits then go for manual bidding.
Hello,
For winning Pricebenders auctions with using the auto-bidder.
You should know some important key points
1. Use the auto-bidder when there are less bidders and no one using it.
2. Use the auto-bidder when you have more number of Tcredits.
3. Once check Pricebenders Latest winners page and most Pick The Price Winners
If they are participating observe them.
4. While Bigdog auction winners are bidding use the auto-bidder in right time.
If someone is using the auto-bidder then other bidders who have more Tcredits are dare to bid. The bidders who has less Tcredits not so interest to bid when the auto-bidder is placed.
