"How do I get new, anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates to understand that it takes time to develop a successful business?"

This is a very important question, one which I am confronted with on a regular basis.

The problem is that people want immediate gratification. They believe that because it is an online opportunity it requires a little effort to gain a large income. Getting them to understand that they are actually building a business that requires their time and effort is hard.

I may have the wrong approach but what I do is state in my welcome letter that SFI is not a get rich scheme. I ensure to tell them it requires their time and effort. I also state that many persons who are serious about what they are doing here at SFI are earning and still earning. To me, this brings them to the realization that to be successful they have to work at the program.

All the materials needed to promote their business is made available free of cost. If they want to sell and build a larger clientele then they have a store front to do so free at cost. After all is said and done, the decision is theirs. What more can you do than tell them of all the training and resources they are provided free of cost and the great income that they can earn. After all, knowledge is power isn’t it?

Well this is so apt and timely this is what we have to do in order to get new overly anxious Now Affiliates to understand and accept that like all businesses it takes time to develop and grow a successful SFI Business :

we have to highlight the fact to them that this is indeed a real business and as such we should seriously treat it likewise as a real Business and if you own a brick and mortar business would you not go in to check out daily or at least call regularly to find out and monitor your business right.

So they should instead take the time to log in , read and apply what they have had learnt to put it in to practice to enable them to earn VERSA Points, understand the SFI Business and do all that is appropriate , relevant and necessary to grow your Business .

As we all know Rome cannot be ever built overnight therefore major on the major and give it sufficient time to have the crop grow before we reap the rewards of our harvest

And in closing I would like to this tree called the Chinese bamboo tree well know in the Far East and a staple diet of the PANDAS . Well this remarkable tree is unlike most trees in that it doesn’t grow in the usual fashion. While most trees grow steadily over a period of years, the Chinese bamboo tree doesn’t break through the ground for the first four years.

Give your example how many hours a day you work on SFI, how many months it took

Hhow much in dollars earned you on SFI

How much did you have fun playing games

How many new friends A2A you gained

What you've learned about internet marketing and sales

Who from your family and friends followed and still follows you on SFI

How much did you improve your English skills

What you've sold on Triple Clicks

How you recruited new members .

Be honest with them and earn their confidence

Agree with them and actively support them, do not wait from affiliate to ask you a question, be there for him, not for yourself

and he will folow you

and he will find how to find new followers

All those who really think they are aware of the need to earn some invest. Explain to them that its all about team building.... a small flame creates little heat. Remember all your downlines are thinking exactly the same as you, so get in touch with each other and formulate a plan on how you can ALL duplicate. Make the team bigger.

Suggest S-Builder co-op to them

Create your own co-op and everyone in team put some money in each... then use the "pot" to buy more members to your team

Get them to see the potential of SFI and TripleClicks. The best way to do this would be through communication. Give them some supporting materials, information you can use to substantiate and to clarify your position. Give examples, surveys, testimonial evidence, numbers and statistics, explanations and definitions. Some of these supporting materials are used as evidence or proof and others are used mainly for clarification or amplification.

Discuss what others say about SFI and TripleClicks. Testimonial evidence indicates that others share your beliefs, ideas, and arguments. Other’s testimonies also help your affiliates accept your point of view. eg. Someone famous or popular endorses the TripleClicks product or site.

You can Illustrate your statistics by using visual aids such as pie charts, or graphs because numerical information or compare quantities are difficult for some to interpret. Show visual comparisons

Surely when you introduce the SFI Business to people who are not members, they would want to have things withing hours, day weeks or even a months.

Anywhere, I guess you could informed that its has rounds and levels to complete and it takes time to be a very good successful business.

The particular individual can be given information about the advantage and disadvantage of the business success. Informed that particular person how you stared your career with the SFI organization and how your had to perform in order to achieve the goals you wanted at the first place you think of to start with the SFI Business.

You can spend sometime to help the particular person to do his or her SFI business than let go to themselves to continue with as he or she is familiar with how to go about to develop into a good and successful through your advice.

Knowing where you are now and sharing how it was for you when you started can go a long way in helping them to appreciate that it takes time.

Remind them to complete their to do lists including studying the information in the launch pad series. Utilize the leadership page to the max by including helpful blogs on growing your own business. Share other notable success stories that highlight persistence and consistency. Set up contests on the leadership page and most importantly, recognize every effort the affiliate makes.

You should remind your new affiliates, that the planting season is not concurrent with the harvest.

Using the analogy of agriculture, there is a time to plant, there is also the time for watering, fertilizing and maintenance, and there are times to wait for growth before you get the results of your efforts.

The same applies in the business world, and SFI is not an exception. You will experience the same ups and downs, and should be patient if you want to reach success in the SFI business.
