There are two cardinal rules to keep in mind:

(i) SFI is very much worthwhile;
(ii) Anything worthwhile requires focus, efforts and time.

Your impatient affiliates may not have understood the rules of success very well.
It may be of benefit to go back to the basic principles of business development.

Help your associates see the value of the above rules and help them see the specifics of SFI within the four main points below:

(a) It is possible to start earning quickly

(b) Your Warm Market is the Secret of earning quickly with SFI

(c) SFI is a business with long term potential of real wealth building opportunities

(d)But lasting success will always require time, efforts and dedication

A. Affiliates Have Been Earning With SFI in a relatively short time.
One of your gateways (SFI URLs with your ID) opens to an enrollment page that shows the latest SFI fast earners.
I have personally made commissions on my first month with SFI and on my second month, I had earned enough to cover my Standing Order.

B. Help Your Affiliates Market to their Family, Friends and Co-Workers
These are the main segments of our warm markets.
First, we need to limit ourselves to promoting SFI as a priority before any other business opportunity. We do not want to alienate our family and friends by drowning them under to many business offers

Help your affiliates share their enthusiasm with their warm market and help them and their recruits have standing orders, set goals and work on those goals on a monthly basis.

Doing so will help them start making direct commissions.

C. SFI is Definitely a Long Term Wealth Building Business.
As you pointed out, the best merit of being an SFI Affiliate is to have the long term vision of success with SFI.
It is with the long term approach that one can truly change their financial future.

D. It is a Constant in Business that Time, Dedication and Efforts Yield Last Success.
If you look at the most recent major business and financial success such as Facebook, through which several billionaires have been made, you will recall that it took them several years before they even started generating any income at all.
Facebook was launched in 2006/2007. No money was made until after 2011. The real fortunes started to materialize only after the public offering of Facebook actions to stock market.
There are many similar examples.

The point is: although it is possible to earn quickly with SFI, the great financial impact requires efforts, hard work, dedication and time.

If your new affiliate saying they must earn now, it's important the explain that he/she is now the proud owner of a new business. Any new business takes time to make money.

Start explaining this from the very beginning. Launch Pad Lesson 11 will tell them this. Many affiliates have had everything handed to them and maybe have never lived in an area where farming is the livelihood of the people in the community. That may be why some people think they can get something overnight. The false promises of so-called businesses on the Internet have lured people into thinking that you can get something for nothing. Just start with the basics.

A tree doesn't grow overnight. From the beginning of creation there has always been work. Because the way things are, it just takes time for anything to happen. If you grow a garden, it takes time for the plants to grow. If you build a house, it takes time for you to build it. If you work at a job, you have to learn about the job and how to do your work and what is required. It takes time. The same thing is true with business. It takes time to work with people and to learn and to grow. You didn't grow up overnight. You shouldn't expect a business to grow up overnight either. That is how you approach affiliates, and that is how you explain to them this concept.

By examples. How many businesses that are truly successful have been built overnight? I personally cannot name any. Even SFI has been built over a long period of time starting back in 1998!

Virgin, Microsoft, Apple, Coca Cola, business people in your local area. Ask how long it took and what it took to be successful - Years of hard work and dedication for all of them. What's more, most of them did not have the tools or the training that is provided by SFI ( which by the way stand for 'Strong FUTURE International).

True businesses and wealth are built slowly on solid foundations. Most businesses that achieve overnight success don't endure and fade away as other more solid competitors adapt and build for the future.

You affiliates who want quick success need to be educated. This is best done through reading books on success by successful people. They will soon learn that it is not 'quick success or profits' that matter. It is the growth of success and profits over a long period of time.

Just tell them. Make it very clear.

You could say something like:

"This is NOT a get rich quick scheme. You can earn a good income, and even get rich, with SFI, but it won't happen overnight. It will take months, and maybe even years, of consistent and regular effort before you start to see significant results.

"But the good news is, you don't have to spend a lot of money, or even a lot of time, on growing your SFI business. As long as you spend around 30 minutes a day doing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks, run some advertising, and communicate regularly with your team, your business will steadily grow."

You will lose some this way, because they will head straight off to look for something that does promise instant riches, but you would have lost those anyway, once they realised SFI isn't an instant ticket to wealth. By being honest with people right from the start, you save wasting your time and theirs on a business that isn't what they're looking for right now.

And those who are ready to commit time and effort will know right away what they have to do, so they can get on and start doing it.

As a same human and due to practising a good strong business friendship, I guess we have to spare some understanding, and probably give in a lttle bit, it may helps in the long run. It sometime happens that a little help and understanding might remains in their memory for life. Consider its an investment deeds.

Well through communication, now we know whats their problem, and start your friendship bond from there. At least you are connected rather than if they stay quiet without any responses. So just go along with it, whatever the problem is as long he is guided and be reminded of their SFI daily to do practice.

Now, if they tolerate with their SFI Daily practise, it is also means that you have succeeded training your students to sit by the table and do their homework. Create a stress free aroma like talk to him that if he owns a shop, what would he do daily? Questions like this helps him to think wise and wide.
Tell him more stories... get him excited..like..
Every morning if I own a shop, I will open and prepare the shop early so that our shop are ready for sale when the traffic starts moving. There were a lot of things to do, like arranging, take stocks, account check, forward passerby promoting some sales or talk friendly about other things, all these methods are actually still being practise but only in a different concept as technology changes our life the Internet Lifestyle way.

Now, I think something might creates a vision video in him. Whatever you do, get interesting, if you feel good, someone will feel good too, if you feel interesting, someone will sure to feel interested too.
Thats the freindship bond that will sky rocket all your business effort together.
Money is like a sweet, once he saw money is being build, he wont run away. But both of you must start the topic of how to get sign ups and to sell TripleClicks product. Talk about it everyday, and it will turns into fast money. Discuss advertising method and get everyone busy. Now thats call working..

Personally I believe that before introducing any one, we should thoroughly explain about SFI business.

We should also know and understand the back ground, support of the family, attitude, etc of the person whom we try to introduce to SFI Business.

Till such time the person becomes an Executive Affiliate (even after that also) we should continue to stay in touch with him regularly, possible speak to him personally and motivate him so that he will be highly encouraged to continue with SFI Business.

We should show proof of our growth and success in SFI and we should explain how the same was achieved over a period of time(and not just like that)!!

In short, we should lead by our own example so that our down lines will be highly inspired to carry on duly understanding that patience, perseverance and duplication are key factors to be successful in SFI Business!!!

I feel honesty is the best policy - tell them it is a legitimate business and not a get rich quick scheme - if that is what they are looking for they are in the wrong place HOWEVER if they are serious about working on a long term goal and building up a legitimate strong business they should stay and give it the effort and attention it deserves and that will help them to succeed.

If they are not convinced they can do research on the history of successful businesses. Did success come overnight? Did it come easy and without hard, smart work and effort? Definitely NO. There is no difference between a business online and a business in an office or shop.

There are ways they can earn quick money - they can advertise things in a local newspaper, sell it for a lot less than what it's worth - but what do they do when they have nothing left to sell?

One last thing - do not waste your time with people that only wants to earn a quick buck - they won't stay long and then you invested time and effort in them that you could've used much better to help the ones that wants to learn and earn and are willing to work for it.

Anyone who enters into this business, they need to clear one basic thing: there are no earnings overnight. Even if you have a regular job in a company, factory, or have your own business, anywhere you will not get the money in advance or what is unearned.

So the anxiety of making money immediately, does not exist in the real world and in any sphere of business. People often have the wrong idea about online business - I think it's created image of them as jobs where one can earn over night. There you should immediately put a stop sign. Contributing and advertisements for various illegal, semi-legal, and very often, completely legal business, which is placing the people in the belief that it is possible a quick buck. Maybe, but for such a job, I have not yet heard.

So, all those anxious-to-earn-NOW affiliates, you should be presented from the LaunchPad Lesson 11 - Overnight Success ... NOT!

It may be a good idea to consider the different ways there are to explain how building a business from the bottom up is a process not a project.

Projects are usually considered to be a short term activity which is then completed then that is all there is to do. This then gives the impression that there is never anything else to do as the "project" is completed.

The SFI business is a process - it is a long range planning experience. SFI is built on the accumulation of good business choices and not so effective business choices and the understanding how to replace the less effective business habits with stronger and better business habits.

Owning a business is no different that building and owning a home. Creating a home is a process, it is dynamic, as well as our ownership of SFI - dynamic ever evolving business.

Eager affiliates are a foundation to the strength of SFI as their level of excitement is high and contagious. As fellow affiliates or team leaders, it is important that the eagerness be leveraged into momentum. Movement is what is needed to get things rolling and growing in SFI.
