Sometimes we have to put things into a more familiar perspective for our downline.

Simply ask them, "If you owned a bakery or a gas station, would you expect to be there everyday?" If they know anything about business, the answer should be yes. As a business owner, it is your responsibility to make the bread and cakes. order the flour and sugar, count the money and pay the bills.

Our business is only different in that we "go to work" online. We still need to be there to do all the necessary things to be successful. Read the forum and launchpad, go to Ask SC, communicate with our downline, answer questions, shop and bid at TC.com. These are the tools of our success, and we are the only ones that can wield them. Each of us is responsible for our own business because it belongs to us. Therefore it is up to us to do the things necessary to make it a successful business.

I have to admit, logging in every day is a very abstract idea for a new affiliate.
We need to consider that they will need at least 15 days before they fully understand the concept of SFI. But, the tick is to explain why is it important to THEM? What do THEY get out of logging in every day?

These are the things I do to motivate daily logging in and promote overall devotion to affiliates:

1. YOUR LEADERSHIP PAGE. Make sure you write in your blog and best tip the importance of logging in every day. Also include similar content in your e-mails and when you chat with your affiliates.

"You started a job like no other. But, as it stands for any job- you need to COME TO WORK EVERY DAY. You started your own business, and no business can grow if you are not HERE to grow it, right?

As you would have to show up at work every day and perform certain duties- the same thing stands for your SFI private business!

How you perform daily tasks in SFI?
Log in your Affiliate Center every day and visit RED TABS. Click the blue button at the bottom of the page to claim your VP. This takes no longer than 5 MINUTES every day and it will give you:

- Your place in E365 Competition with the chance to win valuable prizes! (list the prizes)
- An entry in DAILY GRAND DRAWING, where affiliates have the chance to win valuable prizes..EVERY DAY! (list the prizes)

-VP score for the month, which will make you eligible to achieve Executive Affiliate rank. As Executive affiliate, you will get free T-credits every month and free Co-sponsored affiliates- from who's work you will be earning!"

This should be standing on your Blog and as the Best tip.

2. REASONS- well, why would they do it and how to put that in their beginner language?
- E365 COMPETITION- more often than not awarding beginners, and in their first month is very easy to stay above the green line.

-DAILY GRAND DRAWING- they only need to invest 5 minutes to visit their red tabs and they are eligible to enter DAILY GRAND and also win valuable prizes.

-Action VP and EA status. Well, this one is a bit far off newbie's understanding. That's why, as far as new affiliates are concerned, you should leave this one last.
Off course, the ambitious ones among them will care, but most of them won't until 15th day or so, but by that time they may have already lost a lot...

But, at the end of the day, we are not the ones controlling our affiliate's work, and indeed, there is not much we can do to motivate them to work if they are not motivated themselves.

You should give them your best effort and support, but if that's not enough- work with the workers!

I don’t think you are able to convince any one nor should you try.
Your affiliates have to have the desire to work and need to be
Interested to do it. You might be good enough to convince them
By telling them how SFI is great and bringing their state of emotion
high,Sure it will work for a day or two,
Then you have to do it all over again.

But don't make me wrong SFI is great, but only for the
once want to do it, if they don't have the desire, no mater
how SFI is good it is meaningless to them.

Don’t waste your time and energy to convince some one,
instead work and help those who are already hungry enough to do it.
But Keep in contact with them with e mail or other form of communication

It is very important to stick to a regimen and be consist for consistent results. Nevertheless, everyone has a different lifestyle as well as different reasons for being in SFI. EA can be achieve with very little if any investment of money and/or greater investment of time. Everyone should understand the importance of maintain EA2. Anything beyond this, really is icing on the cake.

Everyone's goals are different. Sponsors and their networks should have a very good relationship so that they understand the process of duplication. When you have numerous badges, psychologically it sends the message that you are serious about your business. So you don't have to worry about convincing the serious affiliates. The rest will be eliminated anyway and some will just opt-out. In the end, it boils down to a combination of factors. Consider the reasons; then, address your team member about why they are not logging in on a regular basis.

If you are serious to earn extra income, Own your own business then I will assist you to reach your goal, but only if you are serious. All you have to do is ask. You can easily reach your EA status the first month. With EA2 status you start accumulating income. Once you reach EA2 status I will sponsor you with XXXX amount to use as you wish at TripleClicks.
You must remember that this is not a get rich quick scheme. The get rich quick schemes do not work. I have tried it all and furthermore most of the schemes want money up front. With SFI you do not have to pay anything. The training is free.
All you have to do is log in every day – that is if you have a reliable internet connection, do your to-do list and all the red tabs that you see parallel with the to-do list.
In the right hand corner under your profile you will notice a green tab “Launchpad”
Do your lessons and at the bottom you have question to answer – that gives you Versa Points.
Versa Points is what you need to earn an income.
Also use the gray tab “Start” to assist you.
The basic tab is also important.

Let us consider plan for new affiliates.

It should be presented to new members, how many Versa Points (VP) can be reached in the first month:

- For every day logging and daily activities each affiliate can earn approximately 330VP

- The weekly activities (group mail - If you already have your PSA, stream and reviewing TConnect page) per month 152 VP (4x38VP)

- To set monthly goals - 5 VP and evaluation of the sponsor and co-sponsor (when you reach EA2 status) - 10VP

Other VP that can be achieved and that can deploy in days, according to his own will:

- Getting Started actions - 945 VP

- Launch Pad - 450 VP

- Intermediate actions - 400 VP

- Participate in games and a variety of winning the prize draw - from 50 MRP to $ 250

Thus, the minimum points that can generate daily logging is 482 VP.

The everyday presence in their SFI website to achieve unimagined possibilities of scoring points, learning and gaining experience.
Support at least 2 to 3 PSAs to become EA2 or Team Leader and teach them on how to make duplication.


I think this would be pretty convincing, if someone has a serious intention to achieve success in this business.

When the shop remains closed business is impossible and money making is ruled out. Isn't it??

Same way, unless we " log in " every day, we will not be able to enter our business site and carry out routine works.

The results:

1. we will not be able to read, understand all about SFI Business;
2. We miss the opportunity to do activities & earn Versa Points;
3. Missing Versa Points will delay reaching the next leadership level;
4. By not reaching the next leadership level hampers our earning potential;
5. If we don't see monetary benefits in time, we will only be frustrated, blame it on
system, people and the Organization and ultimately will quit!!

When we explain all these calmly I am sure that people will understand the importance of logging in at the SFI Affiliate Center every day.

Help them to see the big picture. Every single VP gives you a share in the Executive Pool. It does not make economic sense to buy these VPs. So, if you are being given approximately 500 points free each month, it would be wise to accept it. Now, in order to accept it, you have to open your door and receive it. That means simply logging on and accepting your red tabs. It’s as easy as that. Along the way, they will meet many who are doing the same thing.

Let your affiliates know for every day they log in and score at least 10 VersaPoints, they receive an entry for the Daily Grand (2 entries for 20 VP or more) for a chance to win some cool prizes. Their participation can also be a good help towards their goal of maintaining EA status, should they win. A new feature added is the completion of the survey for another VP. After viewing the Alert page now gives an additional Bonus entry into the Daily Grand.

The importance of VPs cannot be overemphasized. Its equal to money in the bank since it determines their commissions and rank on a monthly basis.
