When a new SFI Affiliate gets started it is at that moment when the system can begin to help to develop their actions toward business success. It all starts with logging in each day to connect with the tutorials, tips and strategies that can make the first month a profitable one. This is important because in many cases, the first month in an SFI Affiliate’s career can determine their future business development.

The daily SFI Login practice is designed to reward those who follow through consistently. There are VersaPoints which are awarded to affiliates for taking action on the daily To-Do List. The system is ingenious because each step develops specific strategies that new business owners will need to succeed.

They will gradually learn about the various products, tools and point systems which make up the SFI process. They learn about the ECA Program, PriceBenders Auctions and most important, the TripleClicks products and services that are available. This where solid information on leadership and business practices are imparted to affiliates.

The accumulation of these ‘points’ help affiliates reach certain goals each month that lead to consistent payouts and added benefits. The Home Page provides options for earning VP, all of which provide up to date information for the day. There is also the fun part of entering to win great prizes in the Daily Grand.

Tell him that logging into the Affiliate Center every day is very important but it doesn't make you a failure is you have an occasional miss or even a scheduled routine miss as for religious holy days. Also tell him that you can see his progress in logging in and just about predict where he will have difficulties by what he doesn't finish of the dailys. Also, at first many of the daily tabs will not make sense to him until he has done more in his business, but to not miss them in the meantime.

What does matter is that as you regularly log in:
1) You establish and maintain good business habits.
2) A good business person keeps daily track of the state or condition his business is in. Many of the red tabs do this for us.
3) A business will not grow if the owner only maintains it. He must work to increase it. By logging in every day and doing the red tabs he can keep track of what is happening new at SFI and then make adjustments or additions to his business to keep up and to forge ahead
4) He can see in an instant what his projected commissions for the month are and make adjustments where necessary.
5) And of course, there are the versa points that are there every month in exchange for doing whath he should be doing already.
6) And the Streak Badge to aid in duplication.
7) And the Executive Pool shares based on those vp.

If you have to convince an affiliate to just log-in every day this might not be the business for them. They might not want it enough to excel to a higher level of income because that is the most simplest portion of the business...just to log in and fulfill the to-do-list unrushed. If you have to convince somebody just to do that and grow a business for free, than I would spend my time in other areas.

With that being said however they might not be aware of how special the SFI opportunity is. I would try to build rapport with them through emails, Skype chats, instant messages, etc. to find out what there goals and needs are. How SFI can fulfill those dreams, and dreams they have not even thought of, just by simply logging in every day. How taking the time to read an article or two, SFI Basics, The launchpad, will help them to fulfill those dreams. One thing we all know is they signed up for reason. You might get a few people that just signed up for giggles and laughs but most people signed up because they want to be successful entrepreneurs, home business owners, self-employed. If you can help them to see how logging in every day can do just that -- to spend just 10 minutes a day to

* Assess the company more
* Network with like-minded individuals
* Learn what the company stands for and is all about
* Read articles
* Read SFI Basics
* Do the Launchpad

Then they will be on a path for success just for logging in everyday.

At work, home, and in your social life, the ability to influence others can be instrumental for achieving SFI goals.

When talking with affiliates, try the following:

1. Be purposeful - be clear about your rationale for the encouragement to log into SFI Affiliate Center every day. Share from their perspective the benefits that he or she will gain;

2. Create a connection with your affiliates - share your experience/story of checking into the Affiliate Center and what you gain from doing this;

3. Direct them to other comments from other affiliates posted on the SFI Forum or even ASK SC. Affiliates share their experiences willingly thus may be the one story that encourages action on behalf of down line.

Encouragement is a custom fit so be sure to listen to your fellow affiliates to better understand what they are wanitng out of SFI and how they perceive SFI. The more you understand their perspective, the better fit your encouragement will be for affiliates.

My opinion is that you can not convince people so easily. All you can try and do is show them that what you do and what you say is true,.

let the people you bring in see what the benefits are (if you can show some proof of that then use it) and then they should convince themselves.
I can teach people how to fish and cook but i cannot convince them to go out and really do it. It's up to them.. If the hunger is big enough they will go out and start fishing.

Don't try to hard convincing people of something they can read all over this website : The importance of logging in EVERY day and read.. Instead spend that time improving your relations with the ones that DO log in every day..

You give new members your full support, you mentor them, SFI teaches them every day, they can win free prices, earn free Tcredits and VP's, ALL the material available including forums and ASK SC,.. How much do you want to give before finally accepting that one rule "work with the workers"

Sometimes i feel really bad for people if the are soooo close to becoming bigger and then they just leave, quit, don't log in anymore.. But the cold hard fact is: Its not MY fault nor was it MY decision. We (SFI and everybody involved) gave all the tools..

I don't quit so I will succeed !

Some people come into networking marketing businesses with the "employee" mindset. But they don't realize that logging in every day is the same as going to a "job" every day. If you don't show up to work, you don't get paid.

With SFI, if you make sure to log in every day and do the maximum that you can do, you will earn the most VersaPoints, which equates to more shares in the pool, which means more income!

Some people also join SFI thinking they're going to get rich quick in a work-from-home job. This is one reason why I stay away from using any ads that claim a certain amount of money within a certain amount of time.

Some join SFI thinking, because of certain ads, that they join free and stay free without investing something – and if you don't have the cash to invest, you must invest the time. So that translates into not earning a whole lot if you're only investing your time.

It's hard to get some people out of the "work at home Job" or "fast free money" mindset and some people will never be convinced of that.

Fortunately, SFI makes it fun and provides incentives to making sure you sign in every day. If you can explain to your PSAs that the badges they earn are sort of like earning "Employee of the Month" in several categories, maybe that will spark their interest.

And unfortunately, there are some people who will never be able to be "convinced" until they change their mindset from being an employee to being a business owner. Don't write them off though, just keep sending them Team Mails and sharing your own successes. Some of them may eventually come around.
