To become a platinum leader, you must build a team of EA2's, team leaders, and/or active EA's that want to build their own team as well. When your down line builds their own down line, you receive the matching versapoints that you need to continue moving up!!! There aren't enough action points available monthly to reach platinum level, so you have to build a team to help you reach it.

As said by Gery.
Follow three golden rule.
1. Become EA everymonth.
2. Recruit 5 EA.
3. Duplicate the same in team.

Just focus on 100% Duplication for recruiting EAs,BTL or STL.
And off course you will have to give standing order of Min. 1500VP.
Best option is 125 TCredit as SO.

If you are able to implement three Golden rule for 6 months consecutively, you will become PTL after 7 months automatically.

Not there yet but I hear:

1. Become an executive affiliate (EA)
2. MAINTAIN EA every month
3. Teach others how to do what you do

Personally, I have a standing order for 125 TCredits and make EA on the first day of each month. Tell every body else to do the same and to show others how they do it. I hear this formula works well.

I think there is nothing better to do than to work hard for this and make a large serious team of PSAs and CSAs who are really willing to do the actions here in SFI, remaining to invest monthly some time and some money for the rest of activities to complete the necessary for qualification.

Hello Geraldine,

The best way to become and stay a Platinum Team Leader is to build your team. You will need to gain at least 6000 VP each month (at least 4000 VP must be action VP) to gain Platinum status. You will need to have EA2s or team leaders in your downline to gain enough points.

You can also recruit people through TripleClicks that buy items each month and gain VP that way.

Your focus should not be on becoming a Team Leader. It is wiser to remain an Executive Affiliate and focus on building a solid team. A solid active team will automically raise your rank to Team Leader. In this way you become a Team Leader without any effort and your rank automically raises with the growth and strength of your team. Patience, perseverance and consistency is the key to a lifetime success.

There is not specific strategy to become a Platinum Team Leader (PTL). All you need is to build your downline, make sure you keep in touch with them, offer your help when needed, and advice them how to make their own status (EA2, BTL, STL, etc.) every month. That's how you'll make enough Action VPs (which are the most common problem to collect, to qualify as PTL).
