To become Platinum Team Leader, first you must have a strong, resilient downline. Weed out any weak links who might drag down any productive PSAs.

Let me put it this way: your downline is like your backyard garden. Your PSAs are like the seeds that you've planted. Nurture and tend to those seeds when needed, and they will grow into a bed of beautiful flowers. That bed of flowers will then produce seeds that will become another bed of flowers with proper care.

Then coach your PSAs to step into the role of gardener. Have them teach their downline how to grow a lovely garden of their own (helping PSAs to be productive, in other words).

Hopefully this fun little analogy will give you some understanding on becoming PTL.

I think the strategy for any TL position is not much different. Personally, I am not on PTL rank, but observing those who are - the simplest answer is the team-building, and to the great team that works, has results.

What do I mean by the fact that this team has the results?

The main thing is to follow those basics rules of success, to recruit five good PSA, learn to do the same and so on...

The basic element, that is, in my humble opinion is team building, and the one successful team, which will bring prosperity to themselves and others. That's the key.

To get to platinum leader you need to set a standing order of 2000 vp
And
Do you daily actions for the 300 vp every single month without fail
Then recruit and teach at least 30 people to become EA2 or above.

Make sure they are doing all their daily actions, and assist them in advertising so they will stay at EA2
And the auction bids give you 500 vp
And the games 200vp every month

All this together will get you to Platinum.

To me the best strategy to become a Platinum leader is to have a ACTIVE team.Every month support your PSAs and CSAs to EA and above.Duplication is the key so for this you need to do lots of referrals resulting in active enrollments.

I have noticed one or two good answers to your question. They basically rephrase and expand the SFI definition and requirements for reaching the rank, then go on to explain how you can score the 4000 actions points needed.

However there is more to it than the definition and the actions.

To be a true Platinum Team Leader, the most important condition is to have the vision and develop the leadership skills necessary to build a team, motivate the members and help them maintain their team leader ranks: that is sponsoring and duplication.

Glossary definition: PTL (Platinum Team Leader)

A VIP title of recognition (commonly referred to as a PTL) for an affiliate with 6,000 or more VersaPoints (VP) for the month (1,500 min/2,000 max from sales/purchases). A PTL must also maintain his/her Leadership Page (more details http://newsold.sfimg.com/index.php?entry=entry110705-114157) and a minimum 3-star sponsor rating (not applicable if TLs have less than 5 ratings) from PSAs.

II. Sponsoring and Duplication is the Path to PTL
The path to score the minimum 4000 action points is also very clear: your VP Ledger and your to-do-list give you the details on how to earn actions points. The most effective way is through sponsoring and duplication. However, it is not the easiest.

We all know what we earn by sponsoring each rank to team leadership
Executive Affiliate 2 (EA2): 100 VP
Bronze Team Leader (BTL): 150 VP
Silver Team Leader (STL): 200 VP
Gold Team Leader (GTL): 250 VP
Platinum Team Leader (PTL): 300 VP
Basically, if you were to sponsor four (4) STLs and 10 PTLs, with your standing order and your daily actions points, in addition to 500 VP from auctions, you would be a PTL, yourself.

You also can combine any of the other ways to earn actions points with sponsoring.
However, sponsoring is critical for reaching and maintaining PTL.

This is where the vision and true leadership come in.

III. Maintaining PTL through Vision and True Leadership.
True SFI success is not merely the rank of PTL. It is the fact of building a strong and as large as possible a team of other successful SFI Team Leader. These are sponsoring and duplication.
They are the expression of true leadership: motivating people, helping them achieve success against all difficulties, challenges and other odds.
When you build such a large team of other team leaders, your success as PTL will yield a large monthly income as well as make it seamless for you to maintain your rank as a PTL.

To become a Platinum Team Leader you should take the following strategy

Read, study, research all the tools and training materials provides by SFI and take note of the same. Revise and review the notes taken by you at the end of the day to increase your vast learning. Be ready to answer any question raised by your down line members and solve the same immediately

Recruit new members daily in a rapid way to increase your down line. To do so you have to advertise your SFI business in a proper way at random. Try to be a one of the top enroller from your own country

Make your down line active to teach the duplication process and keep a sharp watch that duplication is going on - in a smooth way. If you watch something wrong – take immediate action, contact your down line members those who are trying to be active and solve their problem. Give your full support, advices, suggestion. To inspire and motivate them to proceed further to touch the key level of success

Gather peoples in TripleClciks as much as you can to generate sales, purchase and to increase commission level, versa points, matching VP, TC share pool etc.
