Well I would say that in order for one to Maximum benefits that one will get in SFI by achieving Team Leader and BTL being the first stage of TL I would do the following :

Plan in advance and map out my action plan on how I can go on to achieve the minimum requirement that is achieving up to 2000 Sales VPS and another 1000 Action VPs month after month and in the event there is any shortfall I can flag it in advance and plan for it accordingly .

That said I would not be too much of a hurry if my team of active affiliates are not in place yet instead to work on sponsoring and duplicating my downline so I can max the various benefits of. matching VP for your downline team up to 6 levels to 12 bonus T Credits to 1 share of Bonus second home CSAs as well as a once-off $10 Bronze Bonus for the second month that you maintained BTL .

Bronze Team Leader is the first platform to step as a leader. After succeeding our Executive Affiliate requirement course, which I would refer to as a monthly training to maintain our capital before running any business.

To be a Bronze Team Leader is a must from my opinion. As were spelt, Team Leader, therefore, we have to learn to work with a team. And since we just success undergoing Executive Affiliate course, we learn to guide the newly join affiliate to pass through that Affiliate bridge. For that, we are a leader leading them to their first success, duplicating it from our success.

That is to cover a leader's topic. But do remember, as we grow higher,there is a cost to pay, and the cost is our responsibility to maintain that rank. Those rank has a value of its own. Lets say as EA we learn to maintain 1500vp, that's good. Now take another challenge, can we handle 1500vp x 2 Yes, in life we have to take challenges, and it is just helping us to be more active, responsible and keep upgrading and moving forward. We will get use to it as we practise month by month. Think of it like we are feeding our own babies to grow.

New comer may feel it a bit tougher to get by, that is when we learn to make good use of our store TripleClicks and more marketing strategies, to build up Versapoints, create sales and recruit more affiliates to the team.
Looking at a Bronze Team Leader position is great, because from there, the roads to other Team Leader ranks will be achievable, within time. It's really a good lesson to learn.

Being a Bronze team leader means that you have now moved up the rank from EA. This status carries with it additional benefits that you would have acquired being an EA.
Maximizing the benefits at this level means that you want to main this rank each month. Having received those free TCredits you could participate in Eager Zebra games to receive MRP. These MRP can be accumulated to purchase single TCredits to earn more VersaPoints.
Having gotten CSAs you would communicate with these, giving your unconditional support and motivating them to work so you can gain matching VPs.
You should also work to recruit more PSAs to continue building your team. As success in SFI is achieved through team building, you should aim to be an awesome leader. Don't think of yourself but your team. Show them you care. Offer them incentives. Pass on your tips to success to them so that as they succeed you will continue to succeed and move up the ranks along with your hard working team members.

The answer of this question is building a strong team at least 05 active EA2/BTL after during six months. Even 3 will do during this period.
Asking and training of down line for further doing same thing.
If strong team is there, then action points will easily come and even sales VP can be done from commission.
Since, affiliate is having a strong team then buy products of utility and daily need from sales credits. Then virtually you are in all profit with very little investment and retaining yourself as BTL also.

Maximizing the Bronze Team Leadership benefits has been confirmed to be more easier with an active team. Your team activities in the program determines the width of your benefits.

Assuming your immediate team comprises of 10PSAs who has 5PSAs each who will qualify for at least EA each month then you are good to go with making your Team leader easily.
100VP from each of your 10PSAs that will qualify for EA gives you a 1000VP leaving you with 2000VP to be gathered.

A standing order of 125Tcredit gives you 1500VP. Bidding in the auction and playing the PTP and other games.

Now you might want to consider your first 1000VP to be constant but how about the remaining 2000VP.
Playing the Eager Zebra game, Time machine, PTP and auction will get you more Tcredit to get your VP. Assuming each day you win the Eager Zebra and PTP twice or thrice. If you have a share of 40Tcredit per win then you should assume about 160Tcredit, which will give 160VP and few MRP. In weeks time you'll find out you have your 2000VP ready for getting you BTL.

All the benefits acquired can be directed towards buying S Builder Co op, More PSAs, encourage the former PSA who have been ensuring the 1000VP. I think a gift certificate of at least 5dollars could go a long way each month or bimonthly.
