When we talk in general about the status of BTL, it is necessary for BTL to complete some requirements:

- 1500 Sales VP maximum 2000 VP

- 1500 Action VP least 1000 VP

- BTL must also maintain his / her Leadership Page

- Earned a minimum 3-star rating, sponsor (not applicable if TLs have less than 5 ratings) from PSAs.

I do maximize and enjoy the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader in a following way

Log daily to my home page, set my daily goal in a perspective way, check SFI latest news, all the messages, emails coming from SFI/TC, team members and take necessary action. Concentrate to build an awesome team

Track genealogy, movers tab, VP Ledger of team members and if require – make contact with them immediately to send necessary tips and support. If they face any trouble and ask something – try to resolved it without delay

Always encourage them to advance their rank as an EA (Executive Affiliate) with 1500 VP in each month to enjoy the benefits of commission and perks. Try to motivate and inspire the inactive, semi inactive affiliate members to regain their status. Suggest them to follow my Leadership Page and try to achieve the badges what I already gained

Send Welcome letter to new PSA/CSAs immediately after their join in SFI without delay mentioning to complete affiliate profile, join E-365 Championship and other necessary doings.

Make constant contact with my down line team members in a regular basis to send them Group Mail, Team Mails, Emails to encourage them to advertise daily of their SFI/TC business in several sites including social networking and especially in wall & groups of facebook to get new affiliate members to build an awesome team as well as PRMs to generate and increase TC sales/purchase to ensure their handsome monthly commission

Update Leadership Page time to time, make changes in blog & tips, recognize uprising star members. Set monthly goal and submit rate to Sponsor/Co-Sponsor and SFI

Having an active downline is the most important aspect of being a Bronze Team Leader. In order to achieve Bronze Team Leader status, you have to put in a lot of work, and a small investment of your own money (most likely) in order to get the sales points required. So why do all of this if you can't take advantage of the matching versapoints from your downline? If you don't have an active downline yet, it is recommended that you stick with maintaining an EA status and recruiting more members.

Another thing this allows you to get is a share of the TC pool. You can get "free" TCredits shared among all of the BTLs and up. Use those TCredits wisely! Transfer them to a downline member as an incentive, or use them to play games, or bid on auctions.

And finally, you also get 2nd home CSAs. These are CSAs that are forfeited by other SFI members because they did not achieve a certain rank. These CSAs, if taught correctly, can provide you more commissions.

Being a leader at SFI is really working on your SFI business to take it to the next level. The benefits related to each team leader is published under Benefits chart on SFI website.

Talking about maximizing these benefits has nothing to do with how you will influence your PSA or CSA's. There are standard benefits you will automatically get for being a BTL. Try and be a leader and that is what should matter.

Being an EA2 every month itself is good enough in the beginning.

If I bought too many TC credits or did lot of bidding I would automatically qualify to be a BTL or STL by spending money.

This is not achieving the rank that way. The real rank would be achieved when you have a solid team under you.

Being a BTL would just give you standard benefits that every other BTL would get at SFI as per their benefits plan.

As far as maximizing the same is concerned than there is no way you can prove to others that since you are a leader now you will be a good leader tomorrow. A BTL can become an EA2 or AFF just by not doing anything or quitting!

The real thing is that you need to be a leader in reality. The rank is really something which comes with you being an actual leader when you don't have to do too much to be a BTL or STL or a PTL.

First of all, we have to understand of Bronze Team Leader rank in SFI. Almost 70 % to 80% or might be more than that SFI Affiliate are being Bronze Team Leader and of course SFI is a Bronze Member of Better Business Bureau. Did you know? SFI`s parent company is a 14+ year Bronze Member of the southeast Nebraska Better Business Bureau. So please take note that being BTL in SFI is very easy and simple to maximize the benefits if you take a serious action in to it.

The Benefits and how to maximize.
1.      You earned all the payout such as direct commission, TripleClick Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions, ECA Royalties and Versa Point Matching. In future, if you have 5 Executive Affiliates (EA2) and 1BTL is more than enough and you can see the benefit of being BTL here in SFI. You can maximize the benefits of being BTL by duplicating what you do in SFI as BTL. Continue Process to motivate you downline to maximize the benefits of being BTL.
 
2.      You earned all the perks here such as monthly allotment of Second Home CSAs as per 1 share; you earned 12 TCredit every month and many more. Well let’s see here. To become BTL is good than EA because of the benefits and easy steps. The most important thing is, if i become BTL for 1 year or more and i am sure i have a lot of second Home CSAs. If you refer to monthly CSAs the minimum is 40 per share it will be 40 CSAs x12 months is = 480 second home CSAs. Hello Annalie,

One of the benefits of being a BTL is receiving 1 share of the second home CSAs each month. If you work with these affiliates you can increase your income. Each time an SFI affiliate that you are the co-sponsor of places an order at TripleClicks, you earn 15% of the CV.

The second benefit is receiving matching VP in the Executive Pool for all PSAs (for 6 levels) and CSAs that gain EA2 status in your downline. To maximize this you should do everything you can to help affiliates become and remain EA2s. Help them with marketing, sponsoring and anything else to get them there. Once they gain EA2 status you can even re-assign affiliates to help them gain VP easier.

For this benefit you have to remember to maintain your leadership page and get at least a 3-star Sponsor rating.

You will also receive 12 TCredits each month if you maintain your BTL status. These can be used at Pricebenders in double MRP auctions, to play The Eager Zebra games or for the song of the month and receive a VP for each one. With the MRP you can buy a TCredit and receive 102 more VP.
