My best working CSA just recently up and quit. No hint it was coming. Almost 10,000 VP this month. Gone. Him, not the VP. Why don't I quit? Let me tell you.

Early on while reading all the training, I saw the big picture. Duplication, Time Leveraging, and Synergy. Big words, big results.

All I have to do is to get 5 people to do what I am doing and help them to get five people each who will do what they are doing. How hard is that? How many people are alive in this world who are old or young enough to do it? How many people need or want more income?

So, the method and training are there. It's up to me to get it done. If I don't do the work, I fail. Do I want to fail myself? No. Besides, I have a team leader who communicates with me and I with him and my downline. We give each other the power to succeed.

My team members who partake in meaningful communication are doing much better than Mr. Opt-Out who never asked for help, said he wanted to do his own thing, and turned down tips and guidance. His VP was big, but his team was not growing.

My communicators are much more stable in their business. Problems can be worked out. Methods and results discussed. And we learn from others.
Together we are more than we would be singly.

So, I may be slower than most of you at reaching the higher status, I still know that it is attainable. I am on the right track. And there are those people who are waiting for me to find them, teach them to duplicate, leverage their time and money, and the power of synergy.

I'm not foolish enough to give up.

My Dreams make me go on.

I set some incredible goals for myself. Some may laugh at me for setting such high goals, but the things I want in life exists. If others achieved it, why not me? That is only my long term goals though.

I also set some short term or interim goals that’s more easily achievable and every time I achieve one of them it motivates me to go on and on.

If you just use your Goals tab on your To Do List properly to spell out your dreams and as you go on, achieve some of those goals, it will really motivate you. Set some smaller step by step goals for your monthly goals and work really hard to achieve some of them every month. It will help you moving towards your bigger long term goals.

I also enter as much contests as possible, like Daily Grand. When I win something there it also keeps me motivated. I have won some nice prizes in the DG and the E365 contest as well.

I also bid in the auctions. I’ve won some auctions and that also make me more confident to move forward.

Every month I reach EA or Team Leader it motivates me to do better next month or at least the same.

SFI have a lot in place to help us and motivate us, but ultimately it depends on every individual. Make the most of all your opportunities.

My reason for persevering with SFI and not quit might be different from you. Every SFI affiliate who joined has his/her reason or motivation behind for joining SFI.

Here are the thoughts, which are so strong and powerful, that make me persevere with SFI and never thinking of quitting:

- Strong determination to quit my full time job and work at home.

- Attain financial freedom and spend more time with family and friends.

- I fully believe that SFI is the right opportunity for me that can deliver my goals and vision.

I have been with SFI for over ten years now and it works. My experiences are strong motivation for me not to quit. Considering the full potential of being an SFI affiliate blows my mind for I have just started to discover it.

This is a real soul-searching question. No doubt just like me many affiliates at one time or the other thought of quitting this business. Somehow, they remained, that is largely why they are successful today. I too thought of quitting many times out of frustration when I was not making any money. At other times, my PSAs and CSAs were only so in name only. No visible activities whatsoever. Somehow, I remained in the business because SFI Success Rule number 15 kept echoing in my mind.

That rule simply says, “Don’t Quit.” It followed up with these two great quotes:

"Other people and things can stop you temporarily. You're the only one who can do it permanently." -Zig Ziglar

"It's when things get rough and you don't quit that success comes." – Source Unknown

The main reason I persevered without quitting was because the same rule taught me that “The only way to fail in SFI is if you give up.” I was determined and resolved to succeed so I didn’t give up. My persistence has paid off as the rule assured me it was going to. That is my own little story and I think it kind of jells with the stories of many other affiliates who have also persevered.

Let me leave you with other great lessons I learned from SFI Success Rule 15. “And, yes, sometimes it will seem that your efforts are not accomplishing anything, but always remember that even the mightiest oak tree will eventually be felled by the steady chops of even the smallest axe. Persistence always pays off. Worse is the person who does this over and over again. If they had just kept digging instead of moving on to the "next great thing" every few months, they'd already have their gold–and they would have reached it so much sooner!” Need I say more?

Stick with the job my friend no matter the odds. Your own perseverance will see you through.

My best answer that I can give you is:
I always think long-term goals. I did not sign-up with SFI for a get rich quick scheme. I wanted a real business that had the potential to make me and my family a secure future income. I think about having money for a comfortable retirement, money for the children to pay for college, being able to buy the things that we want and not letting other things slide because we cant afford them.

The bottom line is that you always have to stay positive. I know it is hard to do some days. Another thing that I do is, I always think of SFI as my job. It is my business and if I dont invest the time to get it off the ground, it will be like any other business that is not supported, it will fail. I work SFI every single day, even if I only have enough time to get my Daily tasks done. The To Do List is a big one and check my emails.

Think: retirement, long-term, investment in your future, being financially secure.

All my best to you, don't give up. You have to believe in yourself and your business.

The reason I have persevered with SFI is because I see myself achieving my goals. I remember when I first joined SFI. Do you remember the hope and expectancy you had? I remember thinking to myself that checks from SFI would be flooding into my mailbox. I really had no clue how I was going to get those checks but it felt so good dreaming of the day that it would happen. I went to my mailbox everyday for about a month looking for checks from SFI. Never mind the fact that I did nothing to create those checks!

Moreover,I never stopped looking for the checks. After 3 years, they never came. Then when day I decide I would do something to earn those checks. I started placing ads and advertising on line. I learn ppc and how to set up campaigns. Lo and behold, I made a whopping $6.33! That's was the validation that I needed that this was real and I could make money online.

So I used every tool at my disposal and I've gotten a check from SFI every since. First, $20 to $30 dollars then $60 to $90. Finally over $100. Then the ECA program came along and I've earned 10 times more on a consistent basis. Why am I sharing this with you? Not to brag or boast, but to impress upon you to never give on on your dreams. I kept giving my 100% and then some. When I made no money or never heard from my sponsor I keep giving my 100%.

After 7 years in SFI my income has grown over 100 times what it started out as. But what made my stay was not the money because I wasn't making any. My friends didn't believe and neither did my family. I've pour out myself into this business and I'm just scratching the surface.

But why did I do it in the face of impossible odds and lack of support? I stayed because I have a dream. I believe with God, SFI, and my talent I can reach that dream. I will or I will die trying. That's why I stayed. I believed and nothing is going to change that.

So I took my strong believe and mixed it with faith, patience, and diligence toward excellence in everything I do concerning SFI. I can't wait to tell about the next 7 years. It's going to be monumental because I didn't and won't quit pushing the envelope. Dare to dream a big dream then be bold enough to go after it 100%.

I think we all may have different answers for this question and it will be very much like the reason we joined SFI in the first place. I joined because I want to make my living at home on the internet.

I had several years of trying different programs that were supposed to make you rich with little effort. There was ALWAYS an investment though! Of course, there were promises that you would make back your 'investment' within hours, which never materialized of course.

Once I finally learned that you could make money online, but there is no instant way to do this I started working the SFI program.

I keep coming back because, almost from the start, when you really start to pay attention, it is emphasized that this is a business, it won't be successful overnight, but that if you keep pursuing it you will end up a winner.

I keep coming back because I made goals and I see them on a daily basis.

I keep coming back to read the forums and see what is working for others and what is going on with their part of the world.

I keep coming back to see if I won a contest or an auction.

I keep coming back to see what is new at TripleClicks and to see if I've sold anything.

I keep coming back because it has become a way of life for me and will (hopefully) be with me for a long, long time.

When I evaluate an organization I always look at the top. In any company, the structure that is laid out for its members/employees comes from the top of the organization. Does not necessarily have to come from the CEO or owner because they might not be as hands-on as they were before but somewhere within the organization there is a management structure at the top. If you evaluate that structure of the person or persons at the top, and you believe in its model, if you have that confidence in yourself to be able to fulfill the requirements in order to succeed, then quitting does not even come into the thought process.

So when I look at the founder and owner Gery Carson and I look at the support staff and all of his platinum team leaders. I take a step back and evaluate the structure just as a person-to-person level not necessarily as a member or potential member. I see greatness. When Gary Carson said he struggled and lost money for three or four years before he made anything I believe it and how we says that he wishes there was an asset like SFI in place when he was around starting out I believe that as well -- so evaluating that sentence alone lets me know that this is a legitimate company and he does not want anyone to struggle like he did. Now when you get to evaluate the people that are around him and all of the information and structure that is in place within the system you truly get blown away at how powerful this system can be to make your dreams come true.

Why do I persevere?
One reason is because I enjoy what I am doing. I enjoy helping others both by answering questions in the forum and also on Ask SC.

Another reason is that I know it takes time to build up a business. Not only does it take time but also commitment.

Having gained 2nd CSA's because of the rank I have achieved, I can see what is possible. It is up to me to entice and encourage them to make EA2 and then as they build their team to encourage them to become a team leader.
I look at it that if I fail it is because of my inadequacy and not the inadequacy of my downline. I have to work better and harder to encourage my team to duplicate me so that they can also start building a good business.

You are not going to get anywhere jumping from program to program, as I know to my cost. SFI has to be the best program with the best training I have ever come across on the internet. It is unfortunate that not all the sponsors have the same view. If they did there would be a lot less fallout of affiliates and a lot less 2nd home CSA's being passed around the company.

The only way forward and the best path to success is perseverance and commitment. I'm sick of thinking of being one who fails all the time and so I have decided to work towards all my goals and at last be the one who has success!
