Your question is really based on what your past experiences have been. I have tried many different businesses and have always informed my friends and family first. But there have been a few unsuccessful stories and so the family and friends do not want to here about the latest. So this time with SFI I decided that I would go with strangers only, then once I become successful I would start to let my family and friends in on my success story. I have found that when you are talking with strangers

I believe in my opinion that you should work with strangers first.

My family knows I am involved with SFI and are watching my progress, most of them are still skeptical however my children have finally seen what they thought was mom wasting her time and money, they now believe in what I am doing. It was years in coming.

My son also has given me his permission to use his laptop for

Personally, I prefer talking online (through ads or email or social sites) to strangers rather than warm markets.

Placing flyers w/tear tabs locally in markets, general stores, colleges, business cards under windshield wipers, etc....

It's easier for strangers to tell you no, and easier for you to NOT take it personally; it's also a better way to avoid potential friction with family/friends because they didn't join, or they do and leave, etc. Possibly very bad situations.

It is well to promote SFI to friends, family and strangers. I didn't
know the person personally that introduce me to SFI, but I understood
I wanted to be apart of this SFI team. I had became disable from an
stroke I had and couldn't do my usual work. Promoting what you think
would benefit you; can also benefit someone else. All we can do is promote
your SFI business as a thumb up opportunity for anyone who wants to
try it. No two people have the same DNA and likewise

It is my opinion that it is best to start promoting to strangers. Friends and family can be very critical and opinionated of new ventures. However, a stranger does not know you personally therefore they will put their own effort into the business not based on the impressions they have on you. Once your business is established and taking off then you can introduce it to family and friends. Overall, I believe you should promote SFI to both groups, just at different stages of your business.

I've found in my business that it is easier to approach a stranger. Your family cares for you, but if you are not a success in the business in their eyes, they are not very supportive at first. A stranger is not tainted towards you. As long as you are using sound, honest business practice, that is the route I suggest.
Some of my family and friends think I'm crazy for pursuing marketing, but the same thing happened to all the great success stories with people that have a vision and dream larger

Well whether it is better to promote it to your family ,friends and acquaintances vis a vis to strangers really depends overall on how comfortable you are and also the more you share the better you will become immune to negativism , rejection or people who are skeptical and keep saying No I just move on and not get too personal over it .

Having said that however I guess it will be much easier to share and promote with people you know rather than strangers but again the irony of life

My opinion would be;

1) Yes, good to promote to our family members. Strategically, put them as your 5 1st liners. This way you are sharing the wealth generated with your family members. Just ensure they are active team members.

2) Again, as a strategy, place your friends as a second liners. Your will have a stronger team this way, by having people you know in your team, as 1st and 2nd liners. From here, duplication will take place accordingly, e.g friends of your 1st

Hi,
I thought this was a great question.

In general it is usually easiest to talk with family and friends, until it comes to something like a potential business opportunity. Even though we ourselves may see the potential and are excited about it, it doesn't mean our family and friends will be on the same page. What has gotten my family and friends to check things out is I tell them SFI is accredited through the Better Business Bureau, so it is a very legitimate business. I also tell

I personally feel it is best to promote SFI to strangers first. I say this because everyone doesn't have the same mindset to work this type of program and you don't want to strain family relationships if they feel like you are pressuring them.

That being said, I would wait until you really know the ropes with SFI before promoting to anyone. You have to know what you are talking about and really understand the system before you can create duplication and help your team.
