Routine contact via PSA & CSA mailers, genealogy mailer, e-Cards, email. Use the stream post for messages as well.

Keep your Leadership page up to date with current SFI tips, information, encouragement to your whole team.

Remember that "routine" varies from sponsor to sponsor, as does the requirement for support vary with the individuals on your team. Check your genealogy frequently to monitor progress in general, and their Snapshots to monitor individuals who may be having difficulties and need your help, if it's nothing but an e-card to say "hello, can I help?" Or send the tip e-Card.

Mostly, follow your instincts, try to see ahead of time who might be needing you. And those who seem to do fine... let them just get your weekly team mail.

One of our success factor here at SFI is duplication, and duplication does not happen without communication. Nevertheless, not all kinds of communications can enhance duplication. There are certain quality of communication that would help duplication to happen.

1. The content of your communication is the most important. Good quality content can only come from what you yourself is doing and wanted to communicate. Without you doing what you want to duplicate is powerless when you try to communicate them to your affiliates.

There are three things that you should be doing and want to communicate to your affiliates.

a. Finding affiliates - Engage on any methods of finding affiliates and communicate your experiences to your affiliates. Tell them the techniques you use and the results.

b. Earning VP for rank - If possible set an SO and tell your affiliates its advantages. Tell them what are the best items for standing orders. Do log-in and earn those daily, weekly and monthly VP's. Join ask SC to earn some more points. Tell tel them your experience.

c. Duplication - share to them what do you do to ensure duplication. Discuss issues related to hindrances that an affiliates are facing. Again share your experience.

So the content of your communication must be real not just a copy and paste from SFI website.

2. Frequency and Timing - Do a general message at least once a week, but attend to those queries anytime it comes.

3. Focus - Always bring the communication back to what is important, the success factors. Always find the connection of what you are doing and communicating to the 3 success factors that you want to be duplicated by your affiliates.

Well I guess the best bet to create robust duplication via communication is to be sincere and keep regular contact and build up the necessary rapport and relationship with every of your downline and never despair nor give up and stay positive.

You just keep constantly stay in touch with them via the various available platforms be it via Ecards to personalized or team Emails to CSA/PSA group mailers to Stream messages to webinars to Facebook messages or groups remembering not to over feed or overload info and just keep all messages with the KISS principle in mind Keep it simple short and sweet and offer not more then 2 and maximum 3 tips and always respect and treat each and every one fairly and with respect and consideration and lead by example so that they can model and duplicate after you positively and in the long run you will get the pay backs as what goes around comes around.

I prefer using instant messaging systems like Skype of Facebook chat and groups on most major social networks.

The more ways I can connect and communicate with my team the better. If they need answers I am there. If they need motivation I am there. If they just want to talk to a live person I am definitely there.

Building a successful network marketing business requires building relationships that stretch well beyond the boundaries of the business.

Making friends and having a close working relationship breeds teamwork and helps increase conversions. If you welcome a new member by inviting them into a group of friendly, and caring affiliates who are walking the same path to success you are guaranteed to make a lasting impression and are less apt to lose this member before they have given a good effort.

For duplication you are able to be direct in assistance and training, support and motivation. This gives the member a great example to model and become for their own team. Be fearless and break down language barriers, bridge oceans, and conquer new territory, don't limit your group to only those who speak your language or those who come from your country. Your business is international so act globally.

In my experience and view, communication is actually what drives a successful sale whether you have an idea, a product or a business. Within SFI, we have all the 3 to work with.
- the idea is to duplicate
- the product is SFI
- the business is SFI/Tripleclicks

Let us look at duplication as a deal you wish to close but keep at the forefront of your mind that you need "active" members to close the deal. Your communication should convey this effectively. Duplication will be meaningless if the members you recruit only join and remain dormant.

Your introduction message should first list the various benefits of joining SFI. People want to know how joining SFI will benefit them. And if you are able to do this in the first instance, you have already achieved your 1st objective - to join them.

Secondly, you need active members. Members, once they join will only become active if you have been able to satisfy their ctriteria for joining SFI, all their questions and most importantly how will joining SFI impact on their lives.

In this respect your communication that helps you maximise the "business" you are marketing and for this you need :-

..to be honest in your communication whether you are using a voice message, a skype video call or a simple email letter;

..do not leave room for speculation. Explain in detail what you feel is self-explanatory because your prospects may not necessarily see it from your point of view.

..let yourself be accessible through the various modes of communication-it should not be difficult to get in touch with you, sometimes members require quick answers and it helps to keep the lines of communication open.

Your ability to be of help to your members will also determine how successful they become and this will ensure that your duplication has paid off.

The bottom line is to not only increase your downline but ensure that they are active and if you can achieve this in every affiliate you recruit, you will have minimised your communication gap(s) and maximised your potential to duplicate strongly.

Communication is a vital part in the process of duplication. Knowing how to effectively communicate with your downlines will create good, solid relationship. In your team building, you need to convey your ideas of marketing the SFI opportunity and it is vital that your whole team understand in a clear simple language your messages.

Building strong working relationships within your team can be achieved through effective communication strategies. Here are some of the ways to best utilized communication leading to the creation of robust duplication:

- Keep the message simple, but deep in meaning. Discussing the purpose behind joining SFI will establish the relevance with your downlines in a way that makes them care more about their venturing in SFI. Your core of all your communications should be: a simple and inspiring message that is easy to relate to and understand.

- In your interaction with your downlines observe the following tips:

- Respond to requests by emphasizing what you can do to help meet them.

- Follow through and do what you say you’ll do.

- Listen without passing judgment and don’t rush in to give advice.

- When you have concerns, work them out with the source, not with others.

- Communicate with respect in every interaction regardless of whether you like the person.

- When others give you assistance or support, express appreciation for it.

- Focus on issues, not personalities, when you discuss work matters and problems.

- When differences in views or ideas occur, work first to understand them from the other person’s perspective.

"How is communication best utilized to create robust duplication?"

There are several ways of communicating with your team – stream posts, ecards, weekly team mailouts, personal emails, Skype, phone calls, private webinars and even autoresponder campaigns.

I suggest using as many of these as possible, although I haven’t yet conducted a webinar, but am thinking about how to do that. You need to be known by your team, and trusted by them and the only way to build this trust is through frequent communication. You need to answer any questions individually as soon as you can, so your team knows that you are reliable.

You can put all your training ideas and personal strategy in an autoresponder campaign to save the time of writing the same things over and over, but make sure that it is friendly and personal, so that your reader feels that you were writing just to him. When using an autoresponder with your team, make sure they know its purpose and that you are the person who created the messages and are really there for them. You must answer any questions from anyone who may not completely understand something you wrote, or who wishes to discuss something you wrote. The autoresponder is simply a tool – it is not meant to replace you and individual contact with your team.

Of course you need to have something for your team to duplicate. Share your success story, your strategy and what is working for you. Tell them exactly what you do and the results you get. Be passionate and motivate and encourage them. (If you haven’t made any money yet, and can’t show personal success, don’t worry. You can still passionately believe in SFI and know that you will make a success of it by following all the rules of success.)

If your method involves spending an amount of money each week or month ie in your standing order, or advertising, that your PSA cannot afford, spend time and work out a modified strategy that he can afford and is willing to follow. Not everyone can afford to duplicate exactly what you do if it involves money they don’t have, so you need to create something else for him to duplicate and assure him that he will succeed with this method, just a bit slower. Be there and help him to make enough so that he can eventually have a cashflow to reinvest into duplicating your system.

If you are relatively new, and still finding your own way, direct your team to the Basics video, and all the SFI training that’s available. You can study and learn together, and help each other. Personally I don’t recommend your enrolling new PSAs until you have completed your first month and are starting to get a bit of a handle on what is going on at SFI. I don’t think you can be an effective blind leader of the blind. You really do want your team to duplicate you, so you need to have something they can duplicate without floundering about.

So communication should be frequent, friendly, reliable, helpful, genuine and by a variety of means.

First of all Thank You for asking about use of "Communication" which plays vital role in "Duplication".

Well, I've gone through some of the answers, but I observed a different perspective of yours in asking this question which I think is
"The best way one's knowledge can be transfered to his/her downline (knowledge sharing) so that perfect duplication happens."

Having said that there are three important things those which play the important role in communication.

Content, Regularity and Mode of Communication.

1) The first and foremost basic thing is that you should be prepared.
So stuff yourself with tons of knowledge SFI has provided and continue this process of learning for ever because "Leaders are Readers".

2) Divide the content you have understood and prepare a planner as
a) what is the content? b) when it should be shared? c) how regularly we should do this (weekly once or twice)

3) Now, last but not the least, The mode of communication which is very very important because inactive down-line is a big challenge for most of the affiliates.
For active affiliates we have Team mail and online chat and other means within SFI.
Even in the active down-line sometimes you may see people not familiar with English language.
Language shouldn't be a barrier in team work and progress.
So before the affiliate becomes inactive the team leader should be ready to take one step forward to use online translators and similar services,
make him/her familiar with A2A so that he can communicate with affiliates from his/her own country.

For Inactive affiliates the only way available is keep trying to communicate in all possible ways through mail and social network sites, being cautious that we always abide by the rules and regulations of SFI.

If this happens we can see many successful leaders leading their team making most of their team members understand and follow them to be relatively productive.
