One of the more neglected income groups is that of the CSAs. They provide a valuable commission stream especially those that religiously place their standing orders every month just to maintain their EA status.

In fact you have to do very little work with the CSAs because they are rewarded to you so the initial work is already done by the Sponsor who has brought them into SFI. In any case, you must do your part in keeping the communication lines open.

I normally surprise my CSAs with a few credits for their continous support and this way they have no option but to contact me-its only courteous to respond and they do! These are the active ones and I see that you are referring to the ones you need to revive.

Its a good practice to try and find out as much as you can about the CSAs before you grab an E Card and write to them. It helps to have some of their data at hand and remind them of what needs to be accomplished. You may not always receive a reply but there is absolutely no restriction on keeping in touch.

Moreover, it helps not always to bring up SFI and TC topics of discussion-I diversify my subjects and lean on more personal conversations such as their job, why they joined SFI, family and kids are common topics that others do not hesitate to talk about because it makes them believe that you care about their welfare and they will respond.

The E Cards are very useful for such purposes of communication especially as you know that the Sponsor may also be contacting them so overload of information is avoided. A short message on the E Card is good enough to start a conversation but always keep in touch.

No matter how you contact them you have to be regular and consistent and inform them about the joys of SFI as a Home Business. Don't mention standing orders. Don't pressure them to earn 1500VP every month. Help them do what they can with what they have which is often very little.

Have a plan of action to walk them step by step as a free member to earning money promoting sales at TripleClicks. Focus on what will get them to earn their first few dollars over the long term goal of having a massive team. Don't tell them to spend 4 hours surfing exchanges or sort through 1,000 e-mails a day doing safelist, and instead focus on building direct marketing skills and gathering leads through classifieds ads and other free ad systems.

You want them to get the best return on their time investment and that is not in a traffic exchange. I know, I have owned 3 of them and even as an owner the sign-ups for my main business were slow and inconsistent. The more they work for little pay and low results the more apt they are to quit, so start them slow and stead and have them doing task that snowball into an avalanche.

Your CSA will respond and become active at about the same rate as your PSA and it's important that when they do you get them into a group and working with you and your other workers. Expand communication past a team mail and keep them active.

Keep on keeping on - sending them messages/making contact with them.

They are obviously not login in to SFI so send messages to their email addresses. If you can connect with them on social networks - Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.. do so.

Get alongside them and talk about how you are getting on at SFI. Be positive. Talk about the new things happening within SFI eg the new games. Answer any of their queries and let them understand that they are missing out on an amazing opportunity. Let them see your passion for the business and arouse their curiosity, hopefully enough for them to reactivate their accounts.

Once they reactivate their accounts – stay close to them and encourage them to keep on keeping on being active. If you are able to set up contests designed to keep them active and motivated.

I am not able to tell you what is the best way!
I will tell you what I am doing !
I send them weekly team mail .
I send them SFI news.
I send them e-cards ( short ,more friendly message).
I send them from time to time Rules of Success.
Always, there will be someone to answer some time I hope.

Just think positive and believe in yourself .
Be patient but do not forget that people are different.
Time should be given to people who are active.
You should remind inactive CSA-s about that they miss something great.

As soon as you get your new assigned CSA's send them an e-card, and introduce yourself, as the new Co-Sponsor.

Tell them that you are there to help, and if they have any questions, you can help solve them.

If the sponsor is not active, and they have not done much, suggest how they should start from scratch, and how to reach EA, and BTL, and what can be done to maintain it.

If you have competitions, for your downline, include your CSA's in it

Treat your CSA's the same way you treat your own PSA's, after all you are making a commission from them as well.

This occasionally has brought back some members who have previously left for whatever reason.

Always point out that SFI has been getting better and better with the various new additions to the interface. SFI unlike many other online marketing sites has stood strong over time, and has been working diligently to improve all aspects of their site from security, auctions, games, and much more improvements around the site.

Outlining where SFI came from, and where SFI is now, is the best approach.

Communication!!! Be sure to email or e-card them as soon as you can, welcoming them to your team.

Introduce yourself, make sure to give them your contact info, let them know you are willing and able to help them.

After that, it's anybody's guess as to whether or not they will be active!:) CSAs are no more guaranteed than PSAs to be active. Just be sure to stay in routine contact with them, and cross your fingers, say your prayers!!:))...

It's not always easy to get the attention of those CSAs, just as it is not always easy to get the attention of PSAs. However, the same methods should be used for each group. Keep the lines of communication open and share information with all of your team each week. Congratulate those who are doing well, those who reach milestones. Encourage those who have not logged in for awhile. Just be there for everyone and work with the workers.

I would say that's not an easy task, at all.
Sending mails, messages, e-cards, and reminding them that somebody's still successfully doing the job they gave up, should arise their curiosity.
So sending some proofs, evidences about your own achievements, should be recomended.
It's up to you to try, and be assertive, polite and reasonable in your efforts.
