When you are doing what the majority are not doing you will get their full attention especially here where you have different tools if you use it wisely. I am not saying
This because I am involved here, Rather I say honestly love the tools we have, which I used
It already and see result with the short time I have been here.
It is good to shift the focus from them to I, then you will get and understand the right answer for your question.

First you have to know the source.

As soon as you are awarded , second home CSAs you should go to genealogy. You are assuming that they are not active ( and may be that is why you assume that second home CSAs are always inactive and are awarded to team leaders to keep them active.)

However second home CSAs are awarded to you because their earlier Co Sponsor could not keep his/ her leadership rank.

There are chances that Second home CSAs are active too. If they are inactive they can be found out from Genealogy.

If you’re a Team Leader the chances are, you’ve been awarded Second Home CSAs. Unfortunately, the inactivity of awarded CSAs is a common problem that each Team Leader faces.

Here are ways to get their attention and become active again:

- First, identify your inactive CSAs using your Genealogy.

- Send them email messages with a catchy Subject Line: Be creative in writing about the latest news on Zebra Games, Knockout Trivia, PTP and so on. Include a link of “Share

Hello, Johnette Grant!

Your question is a valid one in the context of the CSAs process.

We all have experienced our first batch of CSAs, when we reach the ranks of Executive Affiliate (EA) and bronze team leader (BTL).

I personally noticed that a good number of the CSAs have been with SFI for nearly a year while we may be in our first or second month, but most of them are inactive.

However some are active and eager to genuinely build their business.

I have had a fair amount of success activating dormant second home CSAs.This is actually my favorite group of affiliates. I never know who I am going to get as a SHCSA. It could be a very successful and well known CSA, or one who has never done anything, or one who is regularly hitting BTL.

I usually look at every profile, and even their sponsors's profiles. I get a good idea about how well they are sponsoring and leading, and how well my new CSAs have been lead.

Then I send

Well this is interesting I would be doing the following actions to try to better gain the attention of Second home CSAs by emailing them individually a personalized short email and subsequently Ecards to welcome them and offer some tips and suggestions as well as offer help where and when they need it such as some clarification .

Well as we start touching base with them remember to treat each of them sincerely as an individual with blood, sweat and tears and keep building

I offer personal attention. First I send an Email to all second home CSAs introducing myself, and explaining why I have been re-assigned to them. And include all my contact info for personal help to them.

Knock, knock...Who is there?...Opportunity

Don't be silly opportunity never knocks twice.

Well it does here at SFI. SFI wants you to have the greatest opportunity to succeed so they have assigned me as you co-sponsor. I am excited about that. I enjoy helping affiliates

Aside from the weekly team mail we send for weekly actions, I send individual e-cards especially to those with red flags.

I send the "Don't Go" e-cards to those who have not logged in for more than 90 days and send them a message that there have been wonderful innovations and more fun ways that you have to check out yourself since you last logged in.

For those who have not logged in for 30 to 90 days, I send "Here to Help" e-cards in case that they needed

This may seem like too vague an answer, but the only way to get a Second Home CSA active is to directly engage with him or her and find out what they need in order to be active. In at least one case, the issue was that the sponsor or prior cosponsor did not take the time to approach the person in his or her own language and answer questions. In the case of another CSA, it was more a question of a more *personal* investment, talking about hopes, dreams and goals. It's going to be different for

I believe that the best way to gain the attention of second home CSAs is through EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. You must be ready to be an awesome sponsor using all the tools provided by SFI if you want to succeed with second home CSAs. You as a sponsor must do all things feasible to reach out to them as soon as they are assigned to you. It may take quite a while but you may just need to persist before you can get any form of response from second home CSAs. When you do get a response, no matter how vague,
