This question appears to be a very dicey one. This is because the words to avoid are in the millions. While the words to use are usually fewer, say between 2-6 keywords which the site was optimized with for good results. What readily comes to mind is to avoid keywords which have not been pre-optimized for your site. If you are using your own website designed by yourself, recall that you must have optimized the site with certain keywords which enable the site to rank well in Search Engine results.

"What keywords should I avoid when setting up advertisements on search engines?"

Google and YouTube are the No.1 and No.2 search engines in the world at the moment.
But I think there are some more niche areas that people do not normally know or utilize while these ones already have their own SEO strategies optimized for you to advertise your website or blog pages including your gateway links for SFI and TripleClicks, for example (I have some positive results from here):

What keywords should I avoid when setting up advertising on search engine?

Hi! Malak

The best keywords are 2 to 4 words phrases that accurately describe what you offer using everyday language that searchers are likely to type in.

Which aren't so competitive that you have no chance of getting on the front page.

If your keywords are too general then they'll likely be too competitive, and even if you rank well on them your traffic might

Very intelligent question. I guess you are venturing into pay per click (PPC) with the search engines like google, yahoo and Bing.

It is true that there are words that we need to avoid when setting up advertisements on search engines. These are called negative keywords and you can set this up when you set up your ads.

These negative keywords are not really the opposite of your positive keywords that you want to bid on search engine. These are actually related words to your positive

I think keywords & phrases such as "get rich", "easy business plan", & "scam" need to be avoided.
This is not a get-rich-quick scheme - many people will assume it is with just those two words.
This is a 'simple' business plan, ie: not difficult, as opposed to "easy" - often interpreted as "little work needing to be done" (& therefore false advertising).
Although you may be tempted to write in your advertisement that this

Avoid using keywords that misrepresent SFI and TripleClicks.

Think about what words you would use to search for and find a reputable, honest business that will pay you for your work. No scams, get rich quick schemes, etc. Remember that different people will be attracted to different words. Some people like the bright flashing colors, and others like me prefer the normal ads void of promises and flashing bright colors that scream 'LOOK AT ME!' when we already know that it's all virtually

Some keywords to avoid are:

scam
Get rich quick
overnight success
instant riches
get rich business
no work business
auto pilot
overnight riches

These are just a few examples, but there are many more.
The bottom line is not to mislead anybody. SFI is a business
and not a get rich quick scheme. You have to put in work to
be successful.

You would not want to use any keywords that imply: pyramid schemes; get rich quick scams; "me before you"-sounding ideas; anything that has a negative ring to it.

Try to stress the powerful FREE training, websites, advertising tools... all the things that make SFI great!!

ALWAYS be honest in your ads; use a little eye-catching phrase that could include some humor without insulting anyone's intelligence; talk TO people in your ads, not AT them.

Hope these

This is a very good question.
1.Theo me this is not a get rich quick program. Therefore, we must avoid the special keywords such as "revenue crisis", "get rich quick", "fast money" ...
2. At SFI business model is a business model networks but also to avoid the tag as "multi-level online business", "business networking", "business ..." .. many people will not like, or have an aversion to these keywords
3. Instead on keywords
