So here begins the adventure, where, according to the character, ability and a period of experience if we got good results, you can understand if you are a Team Leader! Then bring out the best of themselves, become a Team Leader and will not delay for success to arrive!

Its a numbers game.Its no longer you or about you.You have A brand new business. you have to recruit a positive team of members(your brand new staff), to help your work your successful business.
Your much teach them how to recruit sales,buy,sell & promote pruducts.Your team must advertise the business everyday. take stock of new members(customers & new recruits).
Your team must work hard daily to score promotional sales & actions points to be reward their title(Ranks,affiliates,Ea,Ea2,Bronze,Silver,Gold,Platinum Team Leaders)
Everyday your store must be opened & generateing some sort of profit(Sales & Action Points).
Each team members has to be building,reading all the fine prints,studing,recruiting,learning,training,duplicating everything you do too.I order for your team to make monthly commissions,they must keep up,the daily,weekly,month to month,sales,selling,buying & promotions with in the store.
You have to stay on top of monthly stock & inventory.
Bottomline,if your stocking,good products,your sales team is doing a great job of selling,buying,recruiting & generating,promoting & moving all the products in your store.
Your worries of not being a born leader are not &
never was a worry from the get go.
A Good leader does just that supervise the team,while its your team the really puts out the good works. you real in the profit for each one of you.

I think no one is born as a leader,even do someone that become a leader now also they learn how to be a leader.To become a leader you must have a self confidence and skill.Confidence come with knowledge,you need to know what you are selling and supporting.As a leader you also need to learn how to motivate your team.
without any knowledge,confidence,skill and passion you will feel like you are not born to be a leader.

As per SFI its very easy to become team leader but your PSA's & CSA's should be active and You have to "work with the workers" than sponsoring, gift cards, referrals & Standing Order can make you Team Leader, Its not necessary that you have been a leader before, and no one was born as a leader, working with great attitude and positive goals can achieve success in SFI team leader.

1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.
2. Recruit five affiliates
3. Teach your pet to these affiliates to the three steps.

Keep fair, friendly communication with the member that feels that we are stable and persistent in their work and this article and learn.

Interact naturally with their aides, monitor their performance and to provide maximum support to those who are worthy of their work.
