How do I assure duplication in those I sponsor?

The answer is simple. What works for me should work for those I sponsor.
Take them 1 step at a time, remind them to login daily, be transparent about good items that are at tripleclicks, the price benders,the games, Wave3 and many more.
The more people understand those the more they get curious to know more about SFI and duplication.

I ask myself the same thing.

The best way would be to lead by example.

Follow all the guidelines that have been set out here on how to be an awesome sponsor.

Guide and motivate your team as best as you can.

Assist them, advise them and help clarify issues as and how the need arises.

Remember, you can't drag anyone across the finish line. They have to want to win for themselves.

Sometimes a good pep talk will give the members of your downline the encouragement they need to do what you do.

If one of your PSAs or CSAs doesn't feel confident about this business, just step in and play the role of the "cheerleader." Of course, the pompoms and all that "sis boom bah" is unnecessary, but assure him or her that there are no scams, schemes, or catches. That person will see what you do and gain the confidence to grow their business.

Lead by example and they will copy you. Affiliates differ from one another in their goals, strategies and objectives in SFI also differ. Find out their specific goals and help them to keep focused.

Encourage them to seek persons for any of the following areas:

1. Becoming SFI affiliate.
2. Membership of TripleClicks.

Duplication can only be assured in your sponsor if they have continuously and actively participated in SFI and have at least achieved the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA) status.

However, it is suggested that from the beginning you must have something to do with your sponsor to encourage them to continue and make duplication by making yourself as an example. Great question I think we all have asked ourselves that more than once. To assure that duplication is happening you have to spend time with your downline teaching and showing them what you have done to achieve success. And how they can also achieve the same success. I think there are two issues that you are dealing with:

(i) Ensuring that you are giving the best support you can manage to your team
(ii) Being assured that they are duplicating your advise

According to SFI rules of success when you have become an Executive Affiliate yourself and maintain it by setting up a standing order of at least 1500 versa points, you can then focus on building a strong team through advertising and sponsoring. You can also

I don't believe that you can assure that the people you sponsor adopt the discipline of duplication. But you can do everything possible to make this the likely outcome of your daily, weekly and monthly mentoring to your team. The more structure you build into the processes that you use to guide and train your team, the easier it is for them to follow.
If it is easy to follow then you increase the likelihood of them adopting and duplicating this training whithin their downlines.
