I personally believe to have contact with my PSA’s / CSA’s. It’s nice to welcome a new affiliate and it make him/her feel at home and they realise that they made contact with a real person and not a robot.
It is important to keep in contact with them so that they can follow me on the system and ask questions. So no autopilot will do the same and make them feel at home.

Not a good idea. This could be telling your team that sfi is all about themselves, when really they should following your leadership " as the saying goes they succeed, you succeed." I hope you rethink this idea before you decide to take on a team of your own, as this may mislead others giving them false hopes of creating a successful business. You can do it, you just need to believe in yourself.
SFI is a business that needs your input and not on autopilot and the reason for that is because you need to nurture, protect and looking after your business. You have to be in contact with your business from the start and see how it grows. Every affiliate in your business should have a clear understanding of what you are capable of.
