Good question;
In my experience, if you have many PSAs it will be very time consuming to send out each
email. In that case group email is better. However, there are some those who you could pick out
from time to time and work on them individually.
Send special emails to encourage them, those that are working, at least logging in, you can send e-cards, a few TCredits here and there...will go a long way.
The PSAs and CSAs in your "movers", yes those requires very special attention, e-card, a note now and then, and when you check their VPs daily actions, weekly actions, and getting started actions, if you notice that they are missing points, it is so important to send out a short note to bring awareness to the work at hand.
Sometimes they may not be aware of it, (especially the new ones) that they are missing those precious daily points, once they are gone, they are gone for good.
