I am glad that you have asked that question.

I have tried to just send out those group mailings, but what I have noticed is that when I am trying to really make an impact with my new PSA's, I think that it is of GREAT importance to send them individual welcomes.

I believe an individual welcome is like an orientation. Even though you can do a group orientation, it is always more highly respected if you are able to personally let your new understudy know that you are there for

Well in my opinion it is definitely worth the while to send out INDIVIDUAL and PERSONALIZED welcome letters to your new PSAs rather than just merely sending out group mailings .

Why is it so as This can better serve and build up personal rapport and cultivate a long therm relationship with them as we all know that communication is key and once you have managed to touch base and more or less build up some mutual ties and relationship the rest is not only easy and history as the saying

Good question!
I think that for most people, the first few days in SFI, if they are active, are a bit overwhelming with so much information being sent that it's ok to send a preformatted message to them, as long as you use ~FIRSTNAME~ to personalise it if you use the genealogy mailer.
What is more important is a follow up message in the next couple of days, and that is better if it is individual/personalised. You can check on the Movers tab to see who has done something and just send to

Hi

In my opinion that depend from situation.
It is ok to send group mail if you have lot of PSA's that day or that period.
But if PSA's come occasionally you should write individual letter.
They will know than that they are imortant to you, they will feel special and wellcome.

So it is better for me to send individual.
if you send just group mail neww affiliates will think they are not umportant
and that's no good for your team.

In e-mail

Hello Jovan,i think that in this age where everything is fast mechanical and cold in human relationships ,to feel your closeness and your interest in a new PSA ,will increase your probabilities that this person trusts you and start a good cooperation with you .
If you send an e-mail , schematic ,generic to everybody the people will understand it,you may as well do a copy and paste , but be sure to put your own personal touch to make it clear to the person that he is really important to

I think that it is worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs!

That's the good way to show them that you are talking to them like an individuals, that you are paying special attention to every one of them. That's good motivational tool and the way to make a new PSA work with greater enthusiasm than he/she would when reading cold group mailings.

On the other hand, group mailings are good in latter phase when you are motivating your team and telling them to go

In my opinion, welcome letters must be send individually to our new PSA for two reasons.

1. For them to know that they deal with real people. That's why Mr. Gery himself discourage all affiliates in using auto-responder.

2. For them to feel that they are important to you. As Sponsor, our success relies deeply on the success of our downlines especially PSA's so we must treat them as the most important person in our business. After all they are our number 1 and lifetime customers.

Hope

Hi,
By experience, Sponsors like to send the Standard SFI Welcome letter to news affiliates.
It is simple, methodical and practical.
I once tried to see wether there is something to add to it before sending it to one of my PSA, but finally gave up.
You can send the Sfi Pre.edited welcome letter to your news Affiliates individually: it is convenient.

However, you may write your own Welcome letter depending on the specific message you desire to engraft in the mind of

Wow!!

May be because am new & want my downline quick & active, TRUTH is that am so passionate about my PSA's that I take them as my friends & patners & hence get personal with them (But ONLY for business).

I use all means to connect with them. I want them to feel that am REAL & the business is REAL. However I try to establish the best times & best media I can use to communicate with them so that I maintain it at business level.

I once received

It is very worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSA's. If you are faced with time constraints, you can send a group mailing however, when time permits, it is highly recommended to send a personal welcome letter to your new PSA. Avery successful entrepreneur will tell you that "communication is as important as ever". Some very successful entrepreneurs state that you have to make the effort if you want to make a difference. When you are passionate about your business, then
