Hello Olakunle Solomon Fatoye,
if we're talking about skills you need at least average computer and internet skills,and at least average knowledge of english language.
When it comes to personal characteristics you have to have patience,determination and persistance.I'm sure I can find some others but I think these are the most important ones.Why?
Patience - because nothing's going to happen over night,it takes time to learn all about this business and become successful.

The personal characteristics you need just like everyone else to be successful in sfi include but not limited to the following:
1. A can do spirit. Believe in your self, your abilities and intelligence to succeed.

2. A great deal of patience. This business requires patience as it is not a-get-rich-quick-scheme.

I would say:

You have to be willing to read and learn.
You have to be willing to devote as much time as you possibly can to your SFI business.
You must be willing to help people achieve their goals (and they must be willing to accept your help.)
You should treat your business like a business.
You need to take your time and understand what you need to do.
You must be able to take action and apply what you have learned.
You must never give up.

As one who has been in several similar businesses in the past, I believe that there is only one personal characteristic that is really important.

Tenacity.

Online work would be incomplete without the ability to stay organized.We cannot accomplish any goals without the resources required to get the job done.
Here are a great organizational skills that will improve your techniques:
a)Reduce your information collecting points

My opinion is that a person who works for the SFI must be upirna , creative and hardworking .

Persistent , because success does not come so quickly . You have a lot to read and learn about this business . Even if you something is not going as you had imagined , you need to be persistent in executing the plan that you have set yourself . If you are not skilled in computer and Internet access, and you blog and hard falls and you have no idea how it works , persistence learn.

Never give up!

Personally I think that's the best characteristic you should have as an SFI affiliate. Because if you do not give up, imagine all the things that could happen to you.

Say that you gave up today, you will never know if tomorrow you would finally win 10 CSAs in the Daily Grand. And that's definitely your team all ready.

What if you gave up today and tomorrow one of your downline decides to make SFI work and throws himself into SFI. You would be missing
