What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?

I will suggest that you will use a simple greeting to your new PSAs. The importance is that you convey to them that you are always be there for them if they need help. You ask them "how could you help them"

If you offers help during your welcome greetings, see to it that it come from your heart, if they ask question/guidance/assistance, be sure that you can answer them in a short period of time from the time they ask. You must at least log in 2 - 3 times a day even a short period of time to see if there is someone who needs help. If you don't know the answer, be sure to tell them honestly and make a research by asking your up up upline leader or find the topic at the search bar at the top of your name, just type the question.

Read all answers and consolidate. Always read the ASK SC and log in at the Forum for additional knowledge.

Through SFI notification of new PSAs, you can use the link and samples provided.
To be more personal, you can send your own welcome letters, not too long, be precised about the following;
. Confirm their registration
. Whitelist his/her Sponsor/Co-Sponsor/Upline Team Leaders
. Confirm his/her email address
. Read SFI Basics/Launchpad to score VersaPoints (VP)
. Sign in daily for 11 VPs (complete RED TABS at their homepage)
. Enter Daily Grand Drawing with min. 10 VPs
. Enter T-Time Contest
. Enter E365 Contest-keep their score above the green line to qualify from round 1 to 6

Brief and Clear:
Make every effort to be brief and clear. Usually, a few paragraphs of about 5 lines each should be okay. Write in simple language. If you must communicate in another language better understood by your PSA, check through the translation.
Assuring:
This is about the most important part of your message. Write with convincing enthusiasm, do not over promise, show case result you have if any,or refer him to the testimonial page. Its good to tactfully let your message highlight these qualities: perseverance and hardwork.

I think a basic welcoming message saying hello and that you're happy to have them join your team is great. Introduce yourself, maybe give a little background info if you desire, and let them know you are there for support and will help with any questions or concerns they have.

I always mention the Launchpad Lessons as well as any specials I am currently running to let them know there is so much to this company and so many different ways to earn, but I try to keep the first welcome message simple and stress I am there for support above all.

First of all you should introduce yourself to your PSA and say welcome.

Then you should give couple of sentences to explain what this business is all about and give your facebook profile or twitter or whatever that you use in case they want to contact you outside the SFI.

Then explain your PSA first steps and getting started actions. You should mention Fast Track and explain what that is and tell him/her how important is to get that badge and points that go with it.

Daily, weekly and monthly actions are the must, tell about Launchpad and anything else that comes to your mind that could help them.

Give them some youtube tutorials if you know or have any and encourage them to be persistent and patient (that is really important in the beginning).

Offer them your help at any time and for anything they might need it for. Wish them successful start and that is basically it. Then you should check up on them in a week and check on their progress.

This is a very important question because a good greeting message to a new PSA can make a real great impression and motivate the PSA.

Now a good message to a new PSA should have a good introduction of yourself as the sponsor stating your name so the PSA knows he is dealing with a real person.

You should state your willingness to assist the PSA as much as you could and try to make them have good start to their SFI business by sharing important links (like SFI Home page, Launchpad Lessons and SFI Basics) with them. Try also to tell them about being a Fast Tracker even though they may not understand at the moment.

Finaly, close up by giving them information on how you can be reached, for instance, your email, phone numbers etc.

There is one major motivation of someone who sign up for SFI: To Earn Money. Therefore it is important to address this issue in our welcome message to our new PSA.

I have FOUR messages to my PSA as I welcome them.

SFI has some pre-formatted greetings that you could give and they are great, by the way. I believe; however, that the best message you could possibly send to anyone is the one that you have created from your heart.

I would suggest introducing yourself and being friendly. Let your new PSA's know who you are and that you are a REAL person. Tell them a short piece about your beginnings and your fears and that you can identify with them, but that you continued and now you have become more assured, over time.

Let them know that the number one thing you want to do is help them get over their fears and give them as much support as humanly possible, in order to achieve great levels of success. I believe if you do this, you will be satisfied with the results.
