Your welcome message should be short, clear and sincere.

I believe there are some samples available to use or make your own by changing some of the wording.

It's always a good idea to write it (or copy and paste it) to your word processing program so you can use it over and over by copy and pasting it into the email message once it is perfect.

First of all, you should welcome them and introduce yourself briefly. Further, again very briefly, to give them the direction in which they need to do. Something like this:
Welcome,
I'm your Sponsor in SFI.
I'm glad that you joined the fastest growing team in SFI.

The first welcoming message to your newly registered PSAs should be the warmest possible. Four points need the stressed:

SFI IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY
The goal is retain the affiliate and help him see the potential of making an income.

It should stress the great opportunity SFI is and point to areas of focus that help the affiliate starting to make money as soon as his activity warrants.

"Getting started is the hardest part of any journey!" Greeting message is your first step and the first impression about you as a Sponsor. Introduce yourself boldly and make it memorable. If you are not good in writing or in English, you already have samples of greeting massages which SFI provide for us or go on:

It would be good to start off by introducing yourself, and your position within SFI and in relation to your PSAs.

Encourage your PSAs to log in at the SFI Affiliate Centre as soon as possible. Highlight the resources available (especially the LaunchPad lessons), as well as the to-do list that helps them accumulate VersaPoints easily on a daily basis.

Do be sure to point out the relationship between VPs and rank, so that your PSAs are motivated to visit the site daily. Perhaps
