When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?
Hi !
If you do not know the answer to a question tell members, but say that you will try to ask colleagues who have a longer time than you in SFI, and that you will forward the answer, of course, if you get it.
Or you can offer help to look for the answer in the forum or post a question on the forum, and will find someone who knows the answer.
My advice is to always be honest with your members
Good Luck !

A good question as I have suffered the problem.First of all I must think why this question is striking the mind of team member or what is the real problem.Because we all are the passer by of same path. This way I will get to the depth of the problem.I will see either the answer of the question of is available at the forum,Ask SC.If yes then I will deliver the answer to the team member. If the answer is not available there I will see the advice of my Sponsor and co-sponsor or some a2a friend anmd will help my team leader.
If still no answer to me then I will raise it at ASK SC tab.Are you satisfied?

Hello Pamela!
Ask a very interesting question, which I answered:
To give the correct answer to a question that you do not know the answer, consult your A2A friends, sponsor or co-sponsor who have more years in SFI and have more experience. Another way is to look at, there are many questions and answers that may help you to resolve the problem. If this does not help ask Gerry.
This is my opinion.
I wish you success in business and do not forget we are strong when we are united and help!

I typically will seek out the answer, even if I don't know it, then respond to the PSA with details on how I came to find the answer so that they may help themselves in the future. Detailing my actions also becomes a mini-lesson for members to share with their downline members too.
I will reference SFI Launch Pad lessons, Forum Posts, ASK SC posts, review SFI Marketing information and Training articles too.
This has happened to me and I use it to educate myself as well. Go over your training pages and see if you forgot or missed something. Read the forums and see if that has been asked before and use the forum to ask your peers for their view. Once I have a grasp on the answer I can put it in my own words that not only helps my team members but also prepares me for the next time someone may ask me that.

Good question! I have had some questions that I really had to search for an answer!
The good news is - There is always an answer. Be honest, tell them if you don't know but also try your best in getting an answer!
Ask your sponsor, a2a friends, forum or if all fails, send in a support ticket!
Good luck, and never give up!

Hi! Well,if I don't know the answer, this means that I also have to learn more, because I could have the same problem or question in my job! So I would be the first who would ask the same queston to my UPLINES. There are also Forums, and very helpfull E-books where I would try to find the answer. This is why we work in team, there is allways someone in our big team who will surely know the answer becaouse of his or her own bigger experience in this job!
You get many sources,First search by yourself this way you will never forget the answer in the future,Second ask your sponsor,Third asking your a2a affiliate,Forth and the most before rising a ticket to support team is asking in the forum. This way you will get the answer right away because the history make the future i mean you will find some affiliate in the forum had this experience before.Good luck.
This is a very good question. Like me i ask my sponsor a lot of question. For me, when i get the questions as in most cases it normally come to you as a message in your inbox either in SFI or your own personal email box. Here is what i will do, i will pass it to my sponsor as if its coming from me but if my sponsor cannot. Then i will put it in search box of our SFI forum, in most cases, someone will have asked same and has got the correct answer from fellow affiliates who are more vast in that area. Hope this helps?
