"When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?"

Good question. No one know everything, everyone is learning something daily. So, if you don't know the answer of the question asked by your team member, then you contact your up line member. They may have the answer as they are more experienced. If you can't find the answer from them then you contact Garry where you will get the answer definitely.

You can anticipate these questions by teaching your team how to find the answers themselves, and teach them how to do the same for their team.
Teach them to find answers within SFI with sources like: -

The Search button at the top right of the page
The Start button below the search
The SFI basics button below the search
The Launchpad button below the search
Ask SC in tabs which they should be completing daily

I would recommend to ask your own sponsor if he/she knows the answer.

Another option is to send your team member to the forum, it can be found what is needed among the various topics.

You can always ask Gery.

If none of the above work then you can always ask the question here and get the answer.

These are 4 options, so you can choose whatever you think is the best.

Hope this helps
Best regards

Good question!

First of all, we have the best way to deal with every situation we encounter.
But for me the best way to give your team member the best and the closest answer is to lead them on SFI forums and topics that is connected to their question. But in order to do that, you, yourself must identify what is the answer for that concern. Although, you may not be that sure how to deliver the real message of the scenario due to being inexperienced on the case told by your team member,

I think it's best to look at sfi page. The Launchpad writes a lot. The search engine sfi also find much that interests you.
You can send them to the forum. There is already a lot of solutions offered, and you can set up a new topic. Surely you will get the answer.
You can contact your sponsor for questions, or one of your upline, or 2a friends.
If there is a bigger problem it that can not be resolved, you can write support.
There are many possibilities, I think it's impossible

I myself have found herself in a similar situation at the beginning of their work. When I was not entirely sure of the exact answer honestly I said that my member with an explanation that the answer will come later in the day. I spoke to my upline, and said that the issue I'm not sure that my answer is correct and begged him for his explanation of the same. It is very important from the beginning to be honest and fair with PSAs. Your authority will not disappear when you honestly say you're not sure,

This depends on the question itself, but I would definitely do a research, entering query into search bar, go to forum or ask my sponsor. Another valuable resource is Ask SC. I'll ask him to be patient for a while in order to give him/her a best possible answer. Of course there is always submit a ticket option, but I would stay away from it, if there are indications that the possible answer is easier to find.

personally, I ask them to wait a few minutes, check with my sponsor or on forum. I really try to find that answer and to help my affiliatte with that question. Of course, if I don't know the answer and can find it anywhere than I try to check with them how is the best way to solve the problem. luckily my sponsor, and co-sponsor and my upline are great so I always can find the right way to answer it. there are no question which aren't answered. everything can be found on forum, we should just use
