If the question is directly not related to SFI then you go for Google search, which may be beneficial.

Good question still deserves a good answer. The answers can be found in a variety of ways including:
- Post your question in the forum and select the best answer
- Post a question to 24-hour support and wait for a response
- Ask your friends of A2A for advice
- Ask your sponsor or co-sponsor for advice
- Ask a question here ASK SC

But for me the best way to give your team member the best and the closest answer is to lead them on SFI forums and topics that is connected to their question. But in order to do that, you, yourself must identify what is the answer for that concern. Although, you may not be that sure how to deliver the real message of the scenario due to being inexperienced on the case told by your team member, but actually, you and your team member will be able to learn together by doing this. You helped him to know the answer, plus he help you to know the answer too.
Either way, you could send him the link that you have thought of it as the solution to his concern and it will help you explain their query.

I myself have found herself in a similar situation at the beginning of their work. When I was not entirely sure of the exact answer honestly I said that my member with an explanation that the answer will come later in the day. I spoke to my upline, and said that the issue I'm not sure that my answer is correct and begged him for his explanation of the same. It is very important from the beginning to be honest and fair with PSAs. Your authority will not disappear when you honestly say you're not sure, and you will have to ask "older" at work, bring all of will grow in the eyes of him to whom you give the answer, and will prove them to learns the job by working as a team, no one knows everything but all of us know very much.

This depends on the question itself, but I would definitely do a research, entering query into search bar, go to forum or ask my sponsor. Another valuable resource is Ask SC. I'll ask him to be patient for a while in order to give him/her a best possible answer. Of course there is always submit a ticket option, but I would stay away from it, if there are indications that the possible answer is easier to find.
personally, I ask them to wait a few minutes, check with my sponsor or on forum. I really try to find that answer and to help my affiliatte with that question. Of course, if I don't know the answer and can find it anywhere than I try to check with them how is the best way to solve the problem. luckily my sponsor, and co-sponsor and my upline are great so I always can find the right way to answer it. there are no question which aren't answered. everything can be found on forum, we should just use it more frequently
