Hi Pamela my friend,

Trust all is well. Regarding your query on how to answer a question that you dont have an answer. My advice is that first of all be honest , tell your team member that you are not sure of the answer but they can refer to the various lessons available or you ll try your best to search for rhe answer. This is what i normally do, then ..........

1. As mentioned above you can ask them to check on various power tools.
2. They or you could take Mr Gery' s

When a team member asks me something.
1- I check the support index. Everything you can ask is there. The problem is that the new guys are absorbed on learning and doing the List tasks actions and don't have the time to read all the info.
2- I give them my own explanation based on what I read and learn, but also include the link to the (specific issue) Support answers page.
3- If I don't find the answers in Support knowledge database, I open a 'Support Ticket' and let them know that

Good question Pamela!

As team leaders we are expected to provide our downlines with accurate information which will enable them to achieve success in the business by adhering to SFI policies. I would advise that when you are asked a question you research it. Remember your downlines are not asking questions to which there aren’t answers. Based on the nature of the question you can scroll through the required material and provide your downline with the information. This too gives you first-hand

It is your job as a sponsor to assist your downline in getting an answer to their questions.

If I’m being asked and not sure of the answer, I would start searching for insights on SFI myself. The FORUM is the perfect place. Most questions have been asked AND answered before. Only if I don’t find the answer there, I would ask my sponsor or other members of my Upline. This really works and so far I have always managed to get back to my affiliates with a helpful answer.

Hi Pamela,
you can look for the correct answer on Training or any other Tab on your Homepage, choose one related with the issue. If that doesn't work try to find answer on Forum,Ask SC or ask for help from your A2A friends and/or your Upline.Or try the new search tool at the right corner of your Homepage, above your name and photo. And, at the end there's always support desk - submit a ticket. These guys at the support desk are awesome and really helpful.
Make sure that you contact your team

HI Pamela,

If any of my 'Affiliates', ask me a question that I cannot answer with any certainty, I will immediately tell them that
(a) I appreciate their question, and regret that I do not know the answer myself but will do what I can to find out the answer.
(b) I will also tell them that the way I have to find out will be:
(1) See if my Sponsor, or Co-sponsor know the answer,
(2) Look at the FORUM, and see if the question has already been asked,
(3) Check on

I look at this as several opportunities in one: 1) you can show your team member that you will help, 2) you also show your team member that it is okay not to know something - as long as you are willing to look for an answer, and 3) you can teach your team member how to look up answers, or how to ask others as well as yourself, and finally 4) you will learn whatever it is you didn't know before they asked.

With all the training, launchpad, ask sc, forums, A2A members, and upline you are

Humble yourself, first and foremost. Realize, if you don't know the answer, that it's a good question and it is worth answering. Don't try to even think of what answer you could give without doing something to make sure. So, first, realize that it won't be the last time someone asks a question you don't know the answer to.

Then, check more than one source. compare answers that lean one way and answers that lean another. Even factual answers give way to opinionized versions, so be careful

Good question

First don't pretend that you know something you don't know because "nobody kills an ignorant person who begs for wisdom". If anyone ask a question you don't know be plain to the person you don't have the correct answer but you will contact others and get back him/her. Why? Because there is no one that know everything except God our creator.

Secondly, do the following:
1. Quickly contact your upline members with the question
2. Raise the question
