First thing you need to do is sponsor some team members :-)

Without team members you cannot be a team leader. Yes, you can achieve Bronze Team Leader or above but there really is no point unless you have some PSAs to lead and support. You will gain no additional revenue worth talking about and you will be investing your funds just for 'status'.

The best way to become a team leader is to duplicate yourself enough times to make a team to lead. If you have one person that is working the system and several that are trying to maintain EA then you have a team to be a leader. They will push you to any team leader status if you keep up your own daily work. The more you work with your downline both PSA's and CSA's the easier and cheaper it is to be a team leader. In my opinion,to be a good team leader is to visit SFI Affiliate Center every day and read latest information and and updates.
So,what you need to do is next:
-do your tasks on SFI home page
-read SFI news or SFI forum posts
-regularly communicate with your members PSAs or CSAs
-everyday browse the members of the PSA under option movers
-read Launchpad lessons
-and other what you think that is good for a leader

If you want to be good leader ,you should always ask people what their opinion is and listen them.
When someone gives you an idea, work on it.I mean,take in others suggestions.If some PSAs and CSAs
are a little behind,hel them.Show them the positive results of their work.Encourage your team.
As the leader, you must do the research first, or have the most information.Know what you are talking about.

Team leader has to have minimum 3000 vp including minimum 1000 VP.

Best way is to achieve this by standing order for T credts, participating in Auctions and earning action points. Enrolling ECAs and get More Action VPs.


At the same time developing the network of PSAs by advertising or buying s builder coop or by warm marketing.

The best way to become a Team Leader is to have interest with people and passion with your business in SFI Affiliates. Having passion would boost your interest to spend more time learning and exerting more actions to find people to mentor.

The best way is create a GOOD AND STRONG team, means to find a successful and active PSAs that will work HARD WITH YOU every month and completed at least 100 VP, and if they become more than EAs you wil get a lot more VP, so neither one month you will not worry about your status, you achieve BTL every month because of THEM , with daily and monthly tasks and active team you're team leader without any effort. For the sake of clarity I'm going to assume most Affiliates want to become a Team Leader for one or all of the following reasons:

1) Income Freedom

2) Time Freedom

3) Location Freedom

The best way to become a Team Leader is by building a team!!! What I am saying is that SFI has much to say on this subject; so much so, that we don't really even need to be trying to find answers for this question, all we really need to do is search on the site.

A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. So as a team leader in SFI, you provide guidance to your team, to give them direction when they seem lost in doing the daily tasks; support when they need it, and understanding, friendship and empathy. Teach your team to do as you do - Duplication
