By keeping in touch with your PSAs and handling any of their questions you will be helping them to understand the TEAM work that is available in SFI. Encourage your PSAs to go through their to do list everyday, and to read the launchpad lessons.

All the information you and they need is available online, but if your PSAs get to know you personally they will have someone they can go to if they have problems.

Log in daily to SFI. Perform the actions on your To-Do List. Read and learn every day. Make sure everyone you know checks out your TripleClicks page. I stay very active in the auctions to build my team. Communicate weekly with your down line, more often with active affiliates that may need guidance. It's your business and will only work if you stay actively involved with it.

Understanding about SFI is your own explanation as Sponsor to your new PSAs about the system. It is solely depend on how effectively you can convince them and instill them the much needed confidence and trust about SFI.

Once people join in your Team as your PSAs, from there on, it is for you to treat such persons as children who have enrolled in the kindergarten school and narrate everything in a very simple manner about the system and also the ways to learn and earn in the system.

In my opinion, the best way to help them figure out SFI for themselves is by referring them to and by explaining to them whenever needed ,if possible, the basic 3 steps of SFI , the Launchpad lessons ,that should be sufficient for getting started .
Teach them how it is important to become an SFI Executive affiliate , and how to remain an EA each month , how important the sponsoring of new affiliates is ,how important the power of duplication is, how to learn about

Being an affiliate in SFI is like being a booking agent in an advertising company.

Your job is to get the word out for the client so they sell their products and in return you get paid for the work you have done. The big difference is that instead of being paid a salary, or a flat fee for the job, and hourly wage, or even earning a bonus you are paid a commission as a salesman would earn without really having to make a sales pitch.

Well my thought on what are some of the better ways to help my PSAs to better digest and understand SFI so that they can perform better will be as follow:

Do not forget SFI itself sends their own messages about that. Do not duplicate them and do not overwhelm your downline by throwing heaps of info on them at the very beginning. You will scare them away. So first message should probably contain only two essential points:
- Who you are and that you are here to help.

As sponsors it's good to have an overview of SFI that we can explain to our new PSA and even to those who would ask us what is SFI.

This is my outline and overview of SFI, that I use to share to anyone who would ask and I would like to share also with you.

SFI is a company selling different valuable products and is able to brought in (and continuously bringing in) people from all over the world who are buying and allowed them to sell their own products also.

Early on, by the email you send New PSA's (a copy is in the Affiliate Snapshot)and the Leadership Page, encourage the PSA to look around in TripleClicks.

At first coming through the "door" of SFI the new prospect cannot see the products. When a person enters a store such as Walmart, they see many products, and the more they look the more they find. Entering a mall a person sees many stores and advertisement to draw them into the stores. Send him to look at TripleClicks!
