One of the most important things in building a team is communication, you need to communicate with their members, motivate them and learn how to be successful in business. Send mail them, send them a message team, congratulate them on any success, let them know that you care about them, it will further motivate them to not give up. Because their success is kind of pounds you success.

Yes you are correct I know. Even if they Log In and have the opportunity to earn points they don’t do it because these affiliates don’t want to understand the time frame with the points we are earning in daily activities. We need some assistance it is true but most of affiliates (PSA, CSA) do not show that we are struggling to stay in the leader board while earning points.
If you are trying to understand the center proceedings it is understandable we have doubt in TripleClicks auction or other new games SFI introducing how we have to do this in proper way. Most of these games with TripleClicks auction we need TC credit to bid or play. Then we need more TCredit in our center to earn VP.
Finally I will say it is important to provide assistance affiliates need for the proceedings. All affiliates has to understand if we build the business we can be team leaders then carry on this message to the next level of affiliates, if not we are JOKING ourselves because of doing nothing and losing some ones valuable time for our own trouble SHOOTING.

From your Question I gather that you are the more doubtful than the people you are working with.
Whatever the mind DOES (can, will) conceive and BELIEVE will come to pass.
If you believe, as you obviously do, that your affiliates and customers are rubbish you will get more like people.
Be grateful for the successful ones and see what happens.
Let go of the idea that you will not be rich, you already are far richer than most.
You obviously want to change, so change.

Many of us have a lot of inactive members. But I need to believe and seek new because there are hidden ones who are valuable. You should never give up and do not need to waste time and energy on those who do not realize this job seriously. The best way to build a successful SFI business network is to work only with people that want to work. That way you won’t waste you precious time with people who won’t bring you any luck or success in business. People who want to work are really lot more worth than the “lazy” ones. And you should constantly bring new members to your time.

It's impossible! I'm in a similar situation as you !Regularly write e-mails to all affiliates, but never get an answer .Sometimes I think that maybe they do not read my mails . But I do not give up. Advertise our business and hope that someone will see what kind of chance offered this job !I can only tell you not to give up, because you never know !!!

From your question I understand you just started this business, so you expect a quick wealth, thing that will never happen in any real business.The succes in SFI isn'r depending on the few people that sign up, look around and decide to leave it (for now).There are so, so many other ways of getting to that point where you could say " finaly, i've done it!". SFI BASICS, LAUNCHPAD,MARKET AIDS, ECA, and FORUM.. these are the ways to your succes.Read,get informed,make sure you understand fully the concept of SFI business and then, you will know how to get those active affiliates.

The answer to this is that you have to keep your fingers crossed so that the affiliates who are below you (you PSA's and CSA's)gives SFI a go and stick to it with the perfect game plan in mind. The same goes with the store in Tripleclicks. No change the theory, but if they (PSA's and CSA's)don't do their home-work ...you cannot in anyway force them to continue and if you do they will only say that you are selfish and want to earn on their behalf.

There are no inactive affilates, only not enough trained or educated sponsors.
There are no doubtful customers, only incapable advertisers and dealers.

What I want to say is that you see a problems on another place. Your success in SFI business don't depends on anybody else than YOU. So try to find out your mistakes, fix them and spend more time to improve your knowledge of marketing.

You are already successful!! You are an EA2! Your success can further be enhanced by meeting your goals. Set your goals and work on one at a time. Put them where you can see them, learn from those before you and expand your own knowledge. So your goal is to build a team! Great! Break that into smaller parts by making it a goal to recruit one or two affiliates! To achieve this you have to do something everyday. Each daily action will be a step toward your success.

Anyone who joins SFI starts at the same position 0 VP. It's up to that individual whether to say or give up. Every affiliate has approximately 3000 VP available through training. Your objective is to help them the best way you can to accept these reward points by simply logging in. In the initial stages, it may take some time to convince them but that depends on the tactic you use.

Learning the system is a matter of choice, desire and commitment. SFI will reward each affiliate for that action. No one is forced to commit and no payment is necessary. Once they have completed the first month, you now take them to the second month. Remember, the idea is to convince them to stay just as you were taught.

One strategy I use is to recruit at least 2 persons each month. Then each month you will be able to accumulate 200 action points them. Encourage them to open their own store and upload an image, that’s another 200 points. Encourage them to sign up two persons, and repeat all those actions. You can now set up a contest where you can award them for staying the course. Give Gift Certificate so that they can join Wave 3 and gain additional TCredits and MRPs.

Once they begin completing reviews and appreciating the use of the TCredits and the many competitions available, they will be hooked! This has been my experience and I encourage you to try it. Concentrate on assisting one or two persons at a time. Become their friend and help them to build confidence in SFI.

Be consistent in completing your daily tasks and be a good sponsor/co-sponsor. Put all your effort into these actions and you will always have something to build on.
