You know, making profit is utilizing the little you have to maximize income.
If it hadn't be that, my first take on this question would be the 'trial' way.
And by that I mean, trying a LocalPay provider to see how reliable and efficient it is but why waste all that on something that you can learn/know about from others?
There are other affiliates who are in you locality I presume, so it would be better to know what they think of a LocalPay provider.
I remember when I wanted to get TCurrency for my account, I asked my Sponsor and he told me how he got his from a LocalPay provider and I connected with the provider but when I surfed some more for other local providers at TripleClicks, noticed that prices were slightly different and I came across one which seemed to be the cheapest at that time, I decided to give them a try cause I had exiguous resources, forgetting the one I was meant to use (i.e the one I got from my sponsor). My account was credited instantly and when my Sponsor did is with the prior provider it took some few hours.
Now I have a LocalPay provider that is not convenient and efficient but cheap also (Thanks to low funds).
Fact is, getting to ask people what they think about a LocalPay provider that they have used goes a long way.
But if you are daring, you can give a LocalPay provider you think is worth it a try after you must have gone through the profile and likes.
One other thing to consider is rating/review.
Go to the ratings/reviews and see want others are saying of them. Though I'm somewhat skeptical with regards to this as some persons are outrightly mischievous. Take the classic instance of where I saw a review on the new Ipad Air (Apple) on some sight I ventured on recently that goes: "you will regret buying this". I laughed all through cause everyone loves Apple and I don't need to be told that the Ipad Air is a failure.
But in all, what others are saying about them would go a long way in deciding if LocalPay provider is efficient and reliable.
Hope that solves your conundrum to some extent?
Cheers.
