1. How they display their T-Currency business in their T-Connect page.
2. The exchange rates they charge.
3. How quickly and accurately they respond to T-Currency orders.
4. The recommendations from your A2A friends and your upline.
5. How polite and efficient the ECAs are in communication as business persons.
6. The level of ratings they have received from their previous transactions.
7. How experienced they are in the business.
8. How they advertise the business in their T-Connect pages.

In SFI and TripleClicks, Local Pay Providers are playing a very large role. Hence it is very important for you to choose the right and reputed provider and check their credentials before hiring them to avail the services.

Many affiliates are resorting to only the Local Pay services to meet their needs in SFI and TripleClicks and so I would suggest you to look for certain and essential criteria before placing your valuable orders.

1) Gather the information from friends and others about the reliability of the provider.
2) Inquire with your A2A friends about the concerned providers and their past experiences ( if any)
3) Order execution time and its efficiency .
4) Check the Rating they received for their concerned ECA
5) How prompt and friendly they are in communicating with you.
6) Always avail the nearest possible one and their accessibility.

The Local Commerce Solutions (LOCCOSO) are some of the most innovative and outstanding features SFI offers to Affiliates worldwide. This is a highly appropriate and necessary instrument to facilitate international commercial transactions. Very few similar to these are available else where.

As SFI is reaching to 203 countries, the traditional payment instruments are not always available. LOCCOSO fill that void.
There are three types of LOCCOSO licenses all of them with a $35 annual fee: (1) Basic Localpay, (ii)Tripleclick TCurrency and (iii) SFI outlet license. They are found under the link below.

Your question is how to find one that will allow you to process your Tripleclicks orders in an efficient and timely manner.

The combination of criteria to meet to be admitted to both ECAs and LOCCOSO works to weed out operators that prove themselves unreliable. They have to operate under those criteria and compliance rules. A LocalPay operator could not continue without complying to those rules.

Although I do not have a direct and personal experience with the mechanism, it has been brought to my attention by one of my affiliates living outside of the USA, that a LocalPay operator would loose their license if their level of compliance is not satisfactory.

Hence, a quick review of the standing of the LocalPay you plan to use would be in order to ensure that they still are in good standing with SFI Corporate and Tripleclick. If an SFI Outlet is close and readily accessible to you, you want want to give it preference. But this is personal opinion. Hi,

There are so many ways to determine whether or not a business person is efficient and reliable, and in the case of SFI, you can get this information by doing business with them or by the ratings they got from those who have had dealings with them before.

I used quite a number of LocalPay Merchants before I settled for one among the lot whom I have used for a while now and have recommended him to my downline and PRM's, my decision was based on the followings:

a) Service Charge Rate: There is a percentage charge for the service and the percentage charged varies between members, so in making this decision and compared charge rates and settled for the Local Merchant whose rates are the cheapest;

b) Response Time: In this business I consider time management a great virtue, and I will base my judgement and selection criteria on how long it took for my order to be acknowledged and payment details received.

c) Order Fulfillment Time: I had an experience of having to follow up by telephone in for a whole day trying to determine where and when to expect my order before I finally get a response form the Merchant, and that was the last time i click their site. It is very important for merchants to understand that the more time we waste in order fulfillment, the more inefficient we become. To me any LocalPay Merchant with lack of respect for time will not have my patronage.

For the benefit of those who are not familiar with LocalPay, let me explain it first before I give my opinion as asnwer to the question.

LocalPay is the answer to the previous problem of many affiliates who can not buy from TripleClicks because of difficulties of using Paypal or Credit Card because of either restriction in their countries or they don't have the capacity to have a credit card.

According to the the explanation in TripleClicks "LocalPay lets you buy directly and in your own currency from a participating TripleClicks E-Commerce Affiliate (ECA) in your area, which may include local pickup and deilvery service."

Any ECA can apply license to become a LocalPay. There are three licenses that you can apply as LocalPay.

1. Basic - selling and accepting local payments.

2. TCurrency - You have the license to sell TCurency that can be used to buy or redeem any item from TripleClicks.

3. SFI Outlet - Selling and accepting local payments for SFI products.

Now to the question, how do we choose a LocalPay Provider that are efficient and reliable.

We should take note that all LocalPay provider has gone through same screening, and SFI use same standard to approve them. They are ECA's who have established their reputations.

It is obvious that they should have a credit card to be able to transact business with TripleClicks and able to send money due to SFI for any local transaction.

Although all of them have the capacity but not all them are reliable and efficient. To know who are efficient and reliable, look at their Star feedback and the number of transactions they have completed.

If they have no feed back yet, its good connect with them first and ask through the message box provided. You can easily understand each other because you speak the same language.

LocalPay is a service provided by merchants who accepts direct payments and/or provides options to buy TCurrency. They handle their own products with a local pick-up option and affiliates save on shipping cost and have the conveince of paying for their pay for purchases with local currency. Local pay merchants have a real store and are established commercial businesses so they are very likely to fit your needs.

All Local Pay merchants are licenced by SFI for Basic/T-currency/SFI outlet. Therefore, you choose the one with the license that suits your need. To check their efficiency or reliability you can ask the opinion of other affiliates from your country if they conducted business with them. Seriously consider the recommendations of others.

Additionally, you can visit their online store and check their ratings (number of stars) or product reviews. Their ratings will give you an idea of how well others view their service in terms of Order Fulfillment, Delivery Time, and Service Charge fees. Bear in mind that the cheapest in terms of service charge, may not be the most reliable.

SFI approves these places of business and they have agreed to abide by the rules and regulations, therefore, security and convenience or lack thereof should not be a problem.

In order for an ECA to become a LocalPay Provider they must first be approved by TripleClicks before they can operate.

If you have a selection of LocalPays for your Country, the rating system of stars can guide you as to which Providers are highly rated. However, having said that you may have new Providers and how else do they get rated unless they are given a chance to prove themselves?

Initially, purchase an amount of $10 and see how efficient the communication is from the ECA and how the transaction is handled. Once you have made your payment in local currency the ECA should notify TripleClicks immediately, to transfer the funds. Make sure you have proof of payment and make sure you send the proof of payment to the ECA. Communication is a two way street!

The funds are released straight away once the ECA notifies TripleClicks. As long as the ECA is satisfied with your payment there should not be any delay.

If for any reason there is a problem and you are not totally satisfied you can send in a Support ticket.

Whether by skype, email, phone, or in person, deal with people who will answer your questions and concerns. Rating is important but you don't know why an ECA may have gotten an unfavorable rating.
Sometimes things happen beyond the control of the merchant. Customers can sometimes be unreasonable but as a matter of business it is better to try to appease the customer than to create a unhappy customer.

So when looking for a LocalPay merchant, try to communicate with them. If you get a timely response good. Compare services, prices, options, and the like. In the end, something will not go your way but overall when dealing with merchants customers should expect to be treated with respect, and great concern should be given to their demands. If you don't think you have this from a merchant then you have the right to spend your money where you are appreciated and get excellent service.
